@Jaehaerold
Are the roles from the four companies that you are trying to be assessed in all closely-related to the occupation that you are nominating? And are those four roles within the last ten years?
-It is not closely-related - my job and roles from all those four companies are exactly the job description in the CSOL. (599915)
If so, you may include the responsibilities in your CV instead of creating another Statutory Declaration since you said that you already have Certificates of Employment for all four companies.

- Yes, I have the 4 COE from 4 Companies, but as I understand - the job details must be included in the COE, otherwise you have to make a STATUTORY DECLARATION, approved by your superior (sup or mgr) with stamp or notarized. (correct me if im wrong and unless there were changes with these requirements)
IMO, the Statutory Declaration is only necessary if you do not have Certificate of Employment/ Statement of Service, wherein you have to provide other proofs of employment like ITR, payslips, and Table of Organization / Job Descriptions.
- I have the payslips now for the 3 companies, and still waiting for the other one.
If I will try to submit them these four generic COE with the job details in my CV, do I still need to get these notarized or certified or no need? (confused becoz some said you have to notarized it and with CTC (certified true copy)
Thank you for your response @Jaehaerold .
By the way, I am currently working here in Qatar. My 2 previous companies are in the Philippines and the other 1 is in UAE.
If it's true that I can just submit these COEs along with the other docs, then Iam just waiting for the one remaining paylsip.
If stat declaration is still needed for that job details, where will I get it notarized, here in Qatar or in the Philippines?
Please help. Thank you guys.
