Mga master i need your confirmation. Kasi naitapon ko yun signed contract ko from my previous employer for 8yrs. Dun kasi nakaindicate yun salary. Working hours. If full time.. Ang remaining docs ko lng COE generic. 3 payslips. Bank statement indicating my salary.Residence visa in my passport. Emirates id. labor card. Company id. Salary indicated in my employment cert address to US embassy for visit. Entry permit with airline ticket. Promotion letter. Ang reference person ko ilalagay ko un one of the hr coordinator since terminated na yun hr manager who signed my COE. My pdf file ako ng job description with letterhead pero wlang signature. Nakuha ko lang sya sa company intranet before. Naisave ko rin yun memo before regarding working hours issued by Department Manager.

Enough na ba yun docs ko for vetasses?

Kelangan ko pa ba magsubmit ng stat.dec to prove my job description and working hours?

@archdreamchaser Statuatory declarations are only used if you are residing in Australia. Otherwise, please present a letter which looks like this:

I, (Name), of (address), do solemnly affirm that I have/currently worked/work for (company) as (position) from (date started) <del class="Delete">*to (end date of work)</del> (if current, erase)

Among my duties and obligations are:

My supervisors name is (name, if you have details) and he/she may be contacted at (contact details) for further queries.

The reason why I cannot submit my COE is because (company refused to release COE, any other reasons state here)

Hi Question po. Newbie po ako dito and i would like to know lng po kung anu po ung Vetasses? I'm a CPA so do I need both assesment from VETASSES and CPAA. Thank you po sa magreply.

for CPA Australia:

accountant (general) (ANZSCO code 221111)

external auditor (ANZSCO code 221213)

finance manager (ANZSCO code 132211)

management accountant (ANZSCO code 221112)

taxation accountant (ANZSCO code 221113).

for VETASSESS

internal auditor (ANZSCO code 221214)

So have a look at the following occupations on the list, check their jobs and duties as per ANZSCO site then assess which one is closer to your job description right now.

Bigla ako naconfuse ng makita ko yun job description. Ng icheck ko yun 312112 hindi na sya existing sa Vetasses. Saan po makikita ang updated JD ng architectural draftsperson?

Kasi ang exp ko previously here in Phils for CAD Operator Draftsman (Consultancy) then ang experience ko abroad sa Construction company for almost 8yrs. It's the other way around sa stated JD ng draftsperson indicated below.

May nagpaassess na po ba dito same ng case ko? working sa construction company applying for architectural draftsperson? Any comment please?

In any case, kahit iba naman ang Position Name basta same ang job description and duties mo to 312111, they can assess you in that position.

@heero_yuy51 ang last designation ko jr architect. pero ang visa ko arch'l draftsman. sa COE ko nakaindicate nman ang duration per job title pero walang detailed JD. I lost my contract dun nakalagay yun working hours and if fulltime. Since for construction na more on shop drawings, as-built, materials and drawings submittals for Architect/Client approval. My other exp sa tendering/bidding.

Yun last work ko abroad Designer pero ang visa Design Manager, Walang detailed JD nakaindicate lang sa offer letter ko reporting to Project Manager. Nakalagay sa COE ko designer wala lang JD sa COE.

Kaya balak ko gumawa ng Stat.Dec separately indicating my JD, working hours and I'm a full-time employee. and irevise nalang un JD na more on drafting.

Overall ok lang ba pa-assess ng architectural draftsperson kahit ang experience sa Construction Phase? kasi sa consultancy lang yun Concept Design Phase.

I submitted my request for skill assessment to vetassess this morning. On their website it says that they are receiving a lot of requests due to change in 457 visa. I hope it won't further delay the releasing of results.

Required ba na active ang PRC license? expired na kasi license ko less than a month palang. Or much better na iprocess ko pag Sec 2 ang school? any advise please?

@archdreamchaser vetasses will assess you based on education and work experience. It wont matter kung expired ang license although you have the option to attach it as supporting document.

@kaidenMVH, Isama ko na sya kahit expired na, less than a month palang naman, Sec2 kasi School ko sana mahatak sya ng PRC license ko. Hopefully ok na rin ang Visa Processing mo, Goodluck! Many Thanks
