Acceptable ba ung statutory declaration as support for work experience kahit nasa Pinas ka?

Nabasa ko na kapag nasa AU ka lng pwedeng mag-issue nun. Ung content nmn nya is parang reference letter din, iba lng ung title. Un na kasi ung napasign ko na sa mga boss ko before. THanks

@ricabanana notarized affidavit po ang katumbas ng statutory declaration sa AU. Nagpagawa din ako sa boss ko ng reference letter before na pinasa ko sa Vetassess. Pinanotarize ko lang.

@dyanisabelle ano po ba difference between statdec and ref letter? Kasi Im here now in Phil while ang work exp ko nman abroad. Hindi na kasi ako makakapagpagawa ng letter sa previous managers ko kasi resigned narin sa company. Wala narin ako contacts. My format ka ba ng ref letter? Thanks

@archdreamchaser I'm not very familiar with a statutory declaration but afaik it has a format specific to AU. Here sa pinas we call it affidavit.

According to Vetassess, u need a statutory declaration (or notarized affidavit if outside AU) if your reference letter couldn't be in the official letterhead of the company.

I had a notarized affidavit done because the COE provided to me was generic. I did not follow a specific format, I just made sure the requirements by Vetassess (found above in Appendix C) were clearly stated. I was also very specific in outlining my roles and responsibilities, even more specific than in my CV. I referenced my r&r if it is the same/very similar to the job description of my nominated occupation as stated by Vetassess.

Anyway since it was just a letter I made and had my previous managers signed, it couldn't be an official company document hence cannot be in the letterhead. I just googled template for affidavits then had my statements notarized.

Hello again. I hope someone can help me. Regarding tax exemption. If I understood it correctly, you are exempted from tax if outside AU but if one of your addresses in the documents is in AU then in order to be exempted you need to upload a supporting document. Upon payment i did not upload any docs supporting my exemption since im currently in the Phil. and all addresses in the docs are outside AU. Did i file correctly?

Check ko lng mahigpit ba ang vetasses kasi wlang nailagay na working hours dun sa statement of service na hiningi ko, pero may working hours naman dun sa employment contract, okay lang ba na ipasa both for assesment?

@mj_eugenio we usually ask our clients to provide us with employment letters with weekly hours worked as we never submit skills assessment application without this information on the letter.

Hi @RheaMARN1171933 , What i meant is during the Vetasses assesment is it okay to submit the “Statement of Service” without the working hours indictated in the letter, then i will just submit the employment letter where the working hours is indicated to fullfill Vetasses requirement?

@mj_eugenio I refer to my previous answer. We never allow our clients to submit their employment letters without this information stated.

@kaidenMVH Thank you sir sa help, nakapagsubmit na ako sa vetasses for assessment.. ininclude ko lahat ng docs na meron ako. Hopefully positive result.. nakakakaba pero I'll pray for a positive result so I can continue my journey...

confirm ko lang po, kasi hindi ko pa naclick yun submit sa uploaded na docs kasi plan ko sana later after magbayad. automatic ba masend yun uploaded docs ko? then pag click ko upload i can still attached new docs >>>Documents yet to upload or already submitted to Vetassess. nasend na kaya yun mga docs ko? thanks..

Check ko lang for the statement of Service, okay lang ba na ang HR Executive ang magsign instead of HR Manager?

@ricabanana mahirap ma identify if "Acceptable" ba cia.. really will depend sa mag hawak ng case/officer, but recommended tlga na include all supporting documents as proof.

Hello po...gaano po katagal ang paglabas ng result ng Vetassess nyo? sabi sa website 8 to 10 weeks pero meron ba ditong lumampas ng 10 weeks? Thank you 🙂

@littlemsnanay August 29 paid for and submitted all requirements. Got my assessment result january 16 (hindi ko na sinama ang holiday period sa bilang)

Actually, Dec 12 pa lang may results na but they won't email that to you. I emailed them about the slow delivery of the post service that's why they were forced to email me the results January 5, the letter arrived through post on the 16th.

Hello everyone. Question naman po para sa mga nagpa-points test advice for educational level for bachelor degree, kailangan paba magpasa ng resume? at kailangan paba ilagay ng mga major project nun college pa? un kasi nakalagay dun sa requirements nila na ganito
