@Kate_OZ2015 yeah I called up EA office this morning as they just came up from holidays. She gave me an assessor to handle my request.
Yes, my family is here already since 1st week of December. Just completed my medical health undertaking obligation (Form 815) here at Perth. All required preventive medicines were provided and the health officers were so nice. God bless! 😉
