@Cassey oh well now i see... ganyan pala yung pamamaraan cguru ng Nursing nila at baka nag adjust pa cguru yung mga new students sa culture ng pagtuturo or something... or baka lang cguru bumagsak lang talaga kasi wla talagang alam... daming factors kasi yan eh.. 🙁

@mariabelle 1 yr conversion course po is around $30thou AUD. Yes po, 3yrs experience.

@Cassey kaya nga thats a big plus... pero actually i think tinetest nila yung capability ng students kong mka adopt sila sa english (australian accent), skills, at pamamaraan ng school na ibinibigay sa kanila... The pressure is there...

@iamyourangel08 sa monash sya. di kami pinayagan mag Commonwealth support or fee help. i know deakin accepts fee help for bridging but it would take us longer to finish so we went to monash.

Ask ko lang po meron na ako PR visa...pero wala ako ielts or any english test. RN ako sa Phils with 2 years experience as volunteer nurse. Ano kaya maganda gawin para mapractice ko nursing dito sa Au? Thanks, sana mapansin hehe tagal na pala thread nato

Chances are Age care? that i am not sure. Yung problem kasi its a volunteer job. Do you have an AHPRA (registration in Australia as a Nurse)? without thta one then you cannot do the job.

Hello goodmorning, ask ko lng po sa mga nurses working in Melbourne if meron bang penalty rates ung evening and overnight shifts? Im trying to read the Victorian Nurses Collective Agreement and hindi sakin clear if meron penalty rates. Thanks for the advice. Cheers!

@rjandtin10 I’m not sure kung pare pareho pero yung sa hubby ko allowance yung binibigay kapag regular pm shift. Ang may penalty rates pagka weekend shifts.

@reena_june24 For the conversion course, you can check the University requirements and that’s it. You’ll need the other documents once you finish your course for the registration here in Au.

If you are in the Phils, you can make an appointment with AECC or IDP. Their services are free.

Hi po! I’m about to take BP this July po sa IHNA Perth. question ko is can I start sending my CVs and cover letter na po to any agency as early as now? or they require australian phone number so wag muna? Thanks po sa sasagot

@drnc_13 Huwag na muna, kapag malapit ka ng matapos sa BP pwede ka ng magtry. Mostly ng mga employers, they don’t entertain applicants na hindi pa Registered sa AHPRA but if they’re in dire need of Nurses they might consider your application especially kapag malapit ka ng matapos sa BP o di kaya nagaantay na ng registration.
