@mariabelle as far as i know, mas maganda if pagong pumasa ng board exam, mas mabuti mag experience muna, wag magmadali kasi competitive po yung nursing at getting a job is also tight. THE BETTER and more the experience the, the chance of getting a job is quite good. 3-4 years is safe, 5-8 years the better. less than 2 years, mukhang mahirap, but lets just say meron din pinapalad na makakuha ng work na less than 2 yrs exp. Also, dapat mag IELTS or OET na xa po... dapat pumasa na xa either dyan.
