let me just clarify the statement...

you dont need to apply for a PR visa again (not the 189/190 = $3000 visa fee)...
but you just need to apply for a Resident Return Visa (RRV) .. approx $500 valid up to 5yrs

Similar to SG PR, you don't reapply PR but you apply for re-entry permit (RRV in AU).

And for this statement...

...mali yata na hindi ka lalabas until mapa-approve citizenship, kase in the first place hindi ka pa eligible to apply dahil hindi mo pa name-meet yun 4 yrs residency.

If you notice most IED given is 1 yr upon visa grant. And sa site ng DIBP, may sinabi dun na your PR starts on your first entry as migrant.

Again, yun 4 yrs residency pdeng may uwi uwi ka ng PH dun, EXCEPT sa last year nun wherein ready ka na to apply for citizenship eh yun yung dapat ay nasa AU ka lang.

Yes pwde naman.. Pero if you are more than 31 yrs old and hndi ka pa sure kung makakabalik ka agad sa AU aftr 1 yr of your initial entry, wag na muna magparegister.. Please google lhc-load health cover penalty..

@lock_code2004 thanks sir, anyways my objective is to get my family do an initial entry muna then after 5-6 months pa kami mag settle sa Adelaide by Feb 2015 perhaps. I was just assuming na baka necessity ang magregister sa mga ito upon our entry.

Your PH license will remain the same... It can still be used in Pinas.

Hello everyone. Bago lng po ako sa thread na to. D2 pa kmi sg ngaun and was invited to lodge PR visa subclass 190 sa south australia.

tanong ko lng po kung pede ba mgopen bank account s Oz hbng and2 pa or fund transfer frm posb? may nabasa ako d2 pede ganun pero not sure procedures. Pls share nmn po.

Any idea kung possible ba hanap muna ng room for a family of 3(my husband & I and 2y.o daughter) jan specifically sa adelaide? Tpos once mkhnp ng work, ska na kmi hnp ng bahay to rent nmen. May mga kakilala po ba kau pinoy paparent ng room nila? Salamat po. Nagreresearch na kmi gradually. Hope may makatulong po.

Hello po just want to ask re sa COC esp sa mga pamilyado.

May sound stupid pero just want to know kung separate pa ung COC ng main applicant at nung wife o magkasama na. Di naman siguro need ng COC ung mga kids??? Dun po sa may kasamang parents, need din po ba ng COC ng parent separately o kasama na din sa Main applicant ng COC?

Dun kasi sa form may part na lagay ung name nung mga kasama mag-migrate ng applicant. Salamat po.

good day guys.. SG-based din po ako. ask ko lng sana kung meron ba nagpa fingerprint dito sa Cantonment Police while applying for their NBI clearance? Anytime pwede ba pumunta dun or meron lang specific time of the day/day of the week nila ini-entertain ang ganitong mga cases? thanks in advance po! 😉
