@joseph85 wala nmn pong appointment.. d ko lng sure isa iba.. nung nag open ako ng account online, part dun ang hihingian ka ng preferred mo na branch.. tas pagdating mo dun, puntahan mo nlng yung branch together with your documents.. ito po yung instructions na nakalagay sa letter ng CBA:

balance. If you make a transfer, the balance will update within five business days. Until you have been identified you will not be able to withdraw
