Tama po yung advise ni @rami medyo madistract ka kasi nga sa isang room madami kayo exam takers pero dapat focused ka lang.. Nung time ko is mga 11-12 ata kame and mostly mga katropa nating "I" ang kasama ko, and talagang medyo malakas ang boses nila (no offense), pero dapat wag mo na lang maxado intindihin, focus lang sa task at goals mo, papasa yan! @Kaye28 Hmmm.. paano ba.. I used an old MOCK test given by a friend of mine.. I have kids so medyo struggle talaga mag aral kasi after office paguwi mo, kukulitin ka na ng kids.. So ang ginawa ko, 2 weeks before the exam nakakulong ako sa room namin ni wifey.. and bawal pumasok ang kids..

Oh yeah, habang papasok ako sa work or kapag idle ako, nakikinig ako ng conversations para yung tenga ko maging familiar sa accents nila.. Makakatulong yung app na nadownload ko from British Council.. You can search it sa appstore "LearnEnglish Podcasts - English listening practice" color green na may red apple with a headset yung icon nya..

Good luck sa preparations mo! Like wha I said, stay focused during the exam, wag mo intindin yung mga naririnig mo, and relax kasi kapag relaxed ka, parang normal lang sayo lahat.. 🙂

Hi, ngayon na lng ulit ako nakapagbasa basa ulit, nanganak kasi mrs ko at pansamantal nasa pinas sila.

guys tanong ko lng, nahihirapan kasi ako sa IETLS exam mka 7, twice na ako nagtake same lng 6.5, kawawa. haha... so mag PTE ako. ang PTE ba isang category lng? PTE Academic?

saka dito ba ako sa website nato mag schedule ng exam?

@rechie AFAIK, may iba pang tests ang PTE, pero PTE Academic lang ang accepted ng DIBP. Try this link.

last question, nagcheck kasi ako ng availability ng exams, pag nagexam ba ng PTE pano mo makuha yong results? e mail lng din ba sayo or need mo bumalik sa exam center?

@rechie by email lang din or you can check sa PTE Account mo, hindi na kelangan bumalik sa test center, the next day may result na, maximum is 5 days..

How do you send money from AU to SG? Ano ang pinakamura? Thinking on keeping sana yung DBS account namin here, to pay for our insurance. Ano ba mas maganda, pay directly from AU na lang? Thanks.

PTE ba is another set of IELTS? Can we skip the IELTS if will be taking PTE din?

Yes, PTE is another engslish exam like ielts.. any english exam is ok.

Yes, you can start with skill assessment without english exam

@oningkalbo For CPAA though, proficient English is a requirement i.e. IELTS with min 7.0 score for all components, or PTE with min 65 score for all components.

Helo po mga kabayan! Need your advice po, kasi magdalawang taon na po ako di nakabalik ng SG umpisa nang magmigrate ako dito sa australia. Wala po ba kaya ako maging problema during the time na irenounce ko na ung PR ko sa SG at may nalabag po ba ako rules against SG PR. Please advice me po mga kabayan
