sa mga SG PR.. nun ma grant ang visa nyo sa OZ nag renounce na ba agad kayo ng PR nyo? or nagtry muna sa OZ? pano nyo nilipat ang CPF from SG to OZ?

depende po yan sa plan and budget nyo...kami kailangan yung CPF to start duon, yung iba naman, settle muna duon bago sila nagrenounce...back-up plan ba na if di sila makahanap work duon, balik Sg sila..

@TasBurrfoot thanks , gano katagal sila sa Sg bago bumalik sa Au? may timeline po ba kung kelan? The reason I asked po kasi is yung primary applicant gusto na pumunta sa Au kaya lang nakakapanghinayan naman yung pwede pang ipunin sa Sg. Grant was given Sept 2016. Initial Entry April 2017. Ok lang ba to finally settle in 2018? Or it's a must to be in Au before 1st year of grant? TIA

@mahbi nasa inyo kung kelan nyo gusto mag big move. importante ay masatisfy nyong lahat na nasa visa grant ang initial entry before the deadline. kami rin di agad lumipat sa AU at nagstay pa sa SG para makaipon muna.

may friend ako na ganito ang ginawa. he didn't migrate to australia until ung last year or last 2 years ata nung visa term nya.

ang nakikita kong impact is:

magtatagal before you can apply for citizenship
you can fly in and out anytime until Sept 2021. pero after this, either you stay in Australia until ma-grant ka ng citizenship or you apply for a Returning Resident Visa kung lalabas ka after Sept 2021 (though i heard na kailangan you have stayed at least 2 years before getting this, not sure though)

Meron po ba dito na nag use or nakakuha ng employment history from MOM or IRAS and used it as additional supporting docs during visa lodge? Hindi na po kasi ako makakuha ng payslips from my previous companies.

yes, tatanggapin nila ung CoE from pinas na company maski sa SG ka magpa-CTC.

though kung statutory declaration ung ipapasa mo, since it requires na pirmahan in person nung tao making the statement before the notary, then dapat macertify un where nakareside ung tao (i.e. if ung manager mo sa pinas ung gumawa ng stat dec, then sa pinas din dapat ipa-certify un).

May nakapagtry na bang magdala ng 42 inch tv from sg to au as check-in luggage? May extra kg kasi kmi, sayang naman kung hindi gagamitin. Kaya if ever dalhin n din namin ung tv. Un kasi ung mejo mahal namin binili dito.
