@Vandan napost ko na to before: ask mo employer mo kung pwede ka makakuha ng copy ng IRAS Form IR8A. Electronic (Soft) copy yun...andun breakdown ng salary, bonus, allowance, etc. Andun name mo, address, bday, etc and most importantly sa baba ng form, andun declaration ng employer name mo (Name, address, phone number and HR na responsible sa tax matters nyo).
Binibigyan kami ng copy nyan ng employer namin yearly.
