From what I read, di naman kailangan may kotse kay sa SG eh, more so di rin kailangan na you are very comfortable driving at the other side of the road. All you need to take is the computerized exam which I reckon are based on theories and road rules. Pass it and pwede na ma convert... Mura pa!!
Dito sa Australia if you apply for a local motor license using your existing PH license may theory exam, hazard perception and actual driving... Costly and time consuming!! Malaking chance pa bumagsak sa actual driving if not properly prepared. 🙂
