Bawal po ata talaga pakasal muna ang mga dependent children hangat wala pa sila PR visa. 🙁

Hahaha! Di naman siguro kung anu ano lang. Malamang kasi yung 309 ang applicable na visa para sa mom nya and sa partner mo. 🙂

sabi ng mama nia, sabi ko naman, may magagawa p b cla kung if ever magpakasal kami ngayon? visa nia kasi is multiple entry infinite stay, anu un babawiin nla kapag nagpakasal kmi?

hnd kasi pwd naman subclass 445 cla dba, para pwd n agd magapply for permanency, pero gnawa nia gnyan hehehe, 😃

Yes, pwede ma-revoke visa nya. By DIAC's definition, a dependent child must not have a spouse or de facto partner, or be engaged to be married.

Ang 445 is almost the same lang sa 309. If hindi pa PR mom nya, hindi pa din magiging PR yung 445. So same lang.

pero ang 445 need magapply ng residency, ung 309 d na?

@ysobel - dapat mag-apply si mum-in-law for PR then apply agad husband mo before ma grant PR ni mum nya.

Ang basehan nung 2 year wait is lodgement date, so I assume early 2011 yun kasi umalis sila Oct 2011. If so, ilang months nlang they can apply for PR.

makikisingit lang po... if you are not married, but with kids.. you dont need any other documents.. just the birth certificate of your kids.. kaya hindi complicated case ang PR application ng mga de-factor/partner relationship... if you have questions on this.. i can answer more details..

@ysobel - based sa ibang forums, the best thing to do para walang delay sa pag file nang PR (assuming 445 and hubby mo):

- keep as much doc/evidences required for 309/100 visa ni mum-in-law. Need pa rin ulit evidences na on-going and genuine yung relationship bago ma-grant ang PR.

- 2 months prior sa 2-year waiting period (based on lodgement date), dapat mag-enquire na sa DIAC. They will send the requirements/documents. In this case, this is for your mum-in-law (309) pero syempre inquire na rin re your husband's 445.

- Once completed, lodge na yung kay mum-in-law, then isunod yung mga 445 dependents. Remember they should file bago mag-PR yung nanay.

Coming from 445 visa, ingat lang pag nagpa-sponsor ka sa husband mo. As you know, dapat talaga single sya and no de-facto. Sounds like hindi naman kayo nag de-facto kahit na may 2 kids so there shouldn't be any problem.

hello po... about po sa tourist anu po yung mga requirements po,sa pag aapply ng tourist visa? kasi ako po at mama ko sana may balak mag apply ng tourist visa. yung mama ko 63years old at may work pa po. at ako 23yrs old graduate ng nursing... pa advice naman po sana.

That's weird...ang nabasa ko $4,800 AUD ang minimum na kailangan mo ipakita...may sinabi pa ba sila kung bakit na-deny yung tourist visa niyo?

isa lang ang sagot... wala kang work sa Pinas na dahilan para bumalik kaya ka na denied. Lahat naman ng bansa basta nag tourist kailangan may dahilan ka to support your self as tourist at may work or business na para bumalik ka ng Pinas.

I think lahat nman ng bansa tulad ng US, Canada, Australia at New Zealand, even European countries ganyan ang policy. 😃
