@RPhwithOZdream I agree with @Heprex . You can ask your agent for the EOI ID and password to access your EOI in Skillselect. Pwede mo pa yun mabago to indicate changes in your circumstances (like yung present situation mo na nasa Sydney ka na).

Or iwithdraw mo. No effect since di pa naman nase-select and wala pang invite. 🙂

I think wala namang epekto yung di mo dineclare si gf sa student visa mo dati. But you should update your EOI immediately to have her included in your PR visa application kung di pa sya kasama dun.

@DrAgKurt Congrats sa PTE mo. Mag take pa ako sa January ng isa. Tingin ko okay na points mo eh, may 4-6 weeks waiting time lang ata yan. 🙂 Until ma reach ko desired score, kukuha ako. Until makapag tayo na ako ng review center for PTE. Hahah

Question lang po, I already lodged my 189 Visa Application and paid all applicable fees thru credit card same day na nainvite ako (December 21, 2016). Also already done with uploading and frontloading all applicable and available documents to my ImmiAccount. Kaso napansin ko nung papatapos na, may 4 items ako na wala pa:

Health (Form 80, etc.)
Character (PCC, etc.)
Australian Qualifications - no need kasi wala naman talaga ako nito
Australian Experience - same with this one

And then may Organize health examinations din na link. Does this mean I can already apply for NBI Clearance and Medical even without the COs first contact? I've read na mas mabilis daw pag "complete" na ang application before ka ma-assign ng CO and current priority processing is at November 24, 2016.

But then again, may nakalagay naman sa Health part na dapat ginawa ang medical before lodging otherwise tatagal kapag after lodging and for NBI Clearance naman, may nabasa din ako somewhere sa website na wait for them to contact you before applying for a police clearance.

Ano po ba talaga DIBP? hehehe.

@Jaehaerold Yes po. Pwede ka magpa-medical even before ka maglodge. You can generate HAP ID using the emedical link. Since nakapaglodge ka na, you need to wait for the first CO contact for your medical. Else, mas lalo nga matatagalan kung ngayon ka pa magpapamedical. Pero may ibang gumawa naman na nagpamedical na after maglodge, I just don't know if may conflicts ba.

Pede na rin magpa-NBI before maglodge. I think the main reason kung bakit sina-suggest nung iba na after ng CO contact magpa-NBI is because somewhat naka-base sa date ng NBI and medical yung IED (Initial entry date) mo sa grant. Meaning, mas shorter time ang ibibigay sayo to make your initial entry depending kung kelan ka nagpamedical/ NBI.

You can upload form80 and form1221 beforehand para di na hinggiin ni CO if ever. Pero yung iba kasi, di naman din nirerequest nito. I guess, depende sa CO.

Just my thought, though. Let's wait for the others for their opinions. 🙂

@Jaehaerold pwede ka na maggenerate ng emedical referral letter (HAP ID) sa heath tab at magpamedical at kumuha ng NBI clearance at iupload ito once macollect mo. upload ka na rin form 80 at 1221.

@Jaehaerold kung naglodge ka na, better wait for CO contact kasi sabi sa dibp website tatagal daw pag nagpamedical ka after lodgement (at before CO contact). Sa nbi, i think no case naman kahit kumuha ka before CO contact.

Sa mga married females na kumuha ng NBI clearance sa Philippines, may I ask kung married name nyo na ginamit nyo or yung maiden name nyo pa? May nakalagay kasi dun na husband's family name kay amedyo naconfuse ako. Hehe. Thanks in advance sa sasagot!

tried and tested na po.. pag complete documents upon lodging is almost 100% na makuha ang Direct Grant.....

@towbee maiden name ilalagay mo then sa husband's family name lagay mo married name mo. It works that way. Ganun din naging experience ko when I took nbi clearance in Ph
