I used BPI credit card and nag-overpay ako ng 100k+. So far, smooth naman ang transaction. 🙂
One thing we learned, when it comes to credit card transactions...wag ka masyado maniwala sa branch managers..hahaha.. not their forte, ika nga. Marami sa kanila, di alam yung about sa overpayment kaya sinasabi nilang baka mareject or papatawagin ka dun sa hotline ng credit card para sure.
Good thing I have a friend na customer service agent ng BPI and handles CC transactions and inquiries, she confirmed na pede mag-overpay basta one-time transaction lang. 🙂
Nung nagkita uli kami ni bank manager and naikwento sa kanya bout overpayment...sabi nya, "may natutunan ako sa inyo maam ah...pede pla yun." Toinks!
