Guys, baka me makasagot lang ulit ng tanong ko.

Ngayon ko lang kasi napansin na merong "dot (.) " dun sa "JR" sa passport ko, parang "Pedro Jr. Penduko" pero yung nalagay ko sa visa application ko at sa mga forms ko e "Pedro Jr Penduko". Kelangan ko pa bang ipaupdate yun to include yung " . " o hindi naman ganon kacritical yun.

"Format rules - general

All names may only contain standard English alphabetic characters, that is "a" to "z" or "A" to "Z". Space, apostrophe and hyphen characters may also be included. Refer to the Conversion rules for non-standard English characters to convert non-standard English alphabetic characters."

Pero meron din nakalagay na ignore daw yung mga suffixes.

Format rules - Western Names

Ignore descriptions such as Jr, Junior, Senior, Sr, II, III, IV etc (see example 20 and 22).

Family Name: TOLES

Given Names: CHARLES

Paano kaya to, may JR lahat ng documents ko. :S

Hello po. May CO contact na po ako. Additional documents required are:

Police Clearance (spouse and me)
Medical (for whole family)
Proof of income (certain years lang kasi ang submit ko... gusto ni CO eh for the whole duration of employment)
Updated employment certificate (initially submitted one that was dated in mid-last year which was used in my skills assessment)
Form 1221 (spouse and me)

Ask ko lang po kung anong ibang proof of income ang pwedeng i-submit aside from bank statement for those na nag-wo-work sa countries na walang tax at SSS contribution.

Wala kasi kaming equivalent ng ITR, philhealth at SSS dito. Yung contract naman na nahanap ko eh di covered yung year na ihahanap ng CO. Nag-submit na ako dati ng pay slips representing all years na nag-work ako.

May nabasa ako dito na ang ginawa nya ay nag-resubmit na lang ng same docs. Baka ganun na lang ang gawin ko.... pay slips specific for the years na hanap nya plus bagong COE.

@[deleted]&Z Covered ba nung payslips mo yung entire duration ng employment mo? Ideally kasi magandang makapagprovide ng payslip for the start, middle and end of every year of employed para walang dudang employed ka nung company sa mga taon na yun.

Pwede din atang bank statements to show na pumapasok yung sweldo sa account mo. Pero di ako nagsubmit ng bank statements so di ako totally sure dito.

Ang sinubmit ko is ITR for every year plus first and latest payslip plus 3 payslips for every year (Jan, Jun and Dec).

yes po, almost kompleto ang pay slips. Nag-submit ako ng at least 4 pay slips for every year na employed ako. Since walang ITR or other government contributions dito, nag-submit din ako ng bank statements per every year of employment (as proof of income) except for the first 2 years (wala yung 2010-2012)... I think yun yung hinahanap ng CO ko.

Mukhang strict ang na-assign na CO ko... waaahhh!

@[deleted]&Z Ay oo malamang yung bank statements from 2010-2012 nga yung hinahanap ng CO mo. Kapit lang 🙂 Bigay mo lang kung ano mang hinihingi ng CO. Magiging okay din ang lahat 🙂

Good morning! question po. meron bang may experience dito na magkaiba ung name ng company from the ITR at ung sa COE? sa case ko kasi yung Company ko 2 ang name na ginagamit pero same entity lang.

Sa mga government docs ko like ITR pati nadin payslip iba ang name from my COE. nde ko alam pano ko eexplain or pano ihahandle to. recently ko lang na realize.

@Noodles12 that was also my case before. and worse, I already had an assessment result from my assessment body. to clear all my doubts, I requested for a revised COE to match with my paylips/ITR, then applied for an appeal with CPAA. Costly yes, but I didn't want to risk my visa application just for that. Good luck!

@Noodles12 The first company I worked for changed names after I was employed with them so my payslips and my ITR have a different name from the company header used in my COE. Luckily, I didn't encounter any problems. In fact, they didn't even mention the previous company name in the COE. I encountered no issues with both ACS and in getting my visa grant.

That aside, to be on the safe side, if you could request your company to indicate the name change in your COE then I think that should cover the difference in company names between your documents.

Hi guys. May napansin lang ako dun sa pdf file na nagenerate after ko maglodge ng visa.

Wala kasing sagot na lumabas dun sa portion na "Are you claiming points for this employment?". Okay lang ba yun?
