Proof of income - akala ko hindi na need nito pag 190 and whole duration of employment required ni CO mo?

Updated employment certificate (initially submitted one that was dated in mid-last year which was used in my skills assessment) - Recent employer lang hiningi?

Form 1221 (spouse and me) - Nagbigay ka Form 80?

@gingpoy saang stage ka na po ba? For my case kasi, basically, I divided my application process into 3 major stages:

Skills assessment
State sponsorship (kasi kelangan ko ng additional 5 points)
Visa lodge through DIBP

Yung mga additional requirements po na requested lately by the CO is for stage 3.

Kung nasa stage 2 ka pa lang po, recommended yung pay slip (which I submitted during that stage to be sure) tapos yung employment certificate is for the last 10 years (for my case, 3 employment evidences po ang sinumbit ko).

Yung form 80 po ay sa stage 3 ko sinumbit yun. Tapos additional request ng CO yung 1221.

Magulo yata ang explanation ko.... Hehehe!

@gingpoy i think makakatulong sa yo yung input sa akin ni @RPhwithOZdream before...SSS, payslip, employment contract, ITR 2316, Philhealth, Bank Statement or CoE indicating yung salary mo

@gingpoy parang mali yung intindi ko sa question mo earlier sa source of income. I think what you were trying to ask is kung need mo pa bang mag-submit ng evidence ng mga other sources of income like business or stocks.... no need na po kasi ang kelangan nyong i-prove eh paid yung employment nyo sa company where you are working. Ang hindi ko po alam eh yung case na self-employed kayo tapos highly relevant sa occupation na gusto nyong i-claim. Let's wait for the inputs from others.

Thanks for the info. Nasa Visa lodge through DIBP stage na ako.

Baka mid April mag lodge na ako ng visa once ma complete ko na most of the requirements that I know of (unless of course meron other requirements pa na gusto yung CO).

If mag based kasi sa Visa190 document checklist, parang wala dun yung Proof of income na requirements unless para sa "Marriage and relationship documents" nyo.

Kaya nag tanong ako na... "Proof of income - akala ko hindi na need nito pag 190 and whole duration of employment required ni CO mo?" Hehehe.

@gingpoy As far as I know po, need for ng proof of income dun sa mga work experiences na marked "relevant" for submission to DIBP. Depende na lang sa CO kung mahigpit or hindi... May nababasa ako na certain years lang ang binigay pero direct grant sila.

Eto po yung exact words ng request for additional information from the CO:

My Job Title

Company name XY, Dec 2010 (start date ko po ito sa company) to NOW (naka-bold pa talaga yung pagkaka-type ng NOW... heheheh)

Evidence of income from 2010 to 2012.

Since for my case, binigay ko ang current company salary slips representing all years. May bank statements din ako to support my salary slips except for the 1st two years... I am guessing na wala kasi ang bank statements ko for the 1st two years kaya hinihingi.

Tapos yung detailed employment certificate ko was dated mid-last year kaya need to have it re-issued. Magkaiba po tayo ng assessing body pero I think we have the same format as ACS.

God bless sa application po. Hopefully direct grant kayo... mukhang na-cover nyo na lahat. I submitted the birth certificate of my children. Di ko alam kung required ba or recommended lang.

Yeah, baka nga depende sa CO, kasi meron din ako kilala na na-grant, latest payslip lang ng current employer ang binigay nya. Hehehe. Wala din sya Form 80/1221 na binigay; suwerte eh. Hahahaha.

Sana suwertehin din tayo sa grant khit mahigpit ang CO 🙂

@Ozlaz , OK na, nung Thursday evening naka received ako ng email sa kanila. Pero ang haba nung proseso na nangyari sa misis ko; sorry hindi kita na update kahapon kasi medyo busy.

Remember I told you na nag appeal ako sa eAppeal nya via email?

Unang reply sabi nila hindi sila tumatanggap ng application via email.

Pero nag email ulit ako telling them na kasama si wife sa dependent ko, after several days, meron nag reply na mag apply ulit si misis online and not via email. Basta ang sinabi lang is i-attached yung required documents (but hindi nya din ni confirm if puwede nga yung ITA and application form lang; which I understand naman)

Then nag apply ulit si misis, na approved yung eAppeal after 1-2 days yata. Ang in-upload nya. ITA, Passport ko at ni misis, application form and IC nya back/front. Nagkaron lang ng slight problem sa COC mismo kasi hindi yata nag generate ng reference number yung system, pero buti na lang na print ko yung invoice.

So after several days, nag follow-up na kami kasi hindi namin ma check yung status online and wala kami email notification na na-received. Nag email si misis sa kanila and nag email din ako. And the next day nag reply na sila na OK na daw yung application nya and binigay yung reference number para sa fingerprinting.

So more or less mga almost 2 weeks yan process na yan including fringerprinting.
