Hi @aeshna here's the list of documents I attached to my application. Total of 39 documents all in all 🙂 Everything's just a colored scanned copy, except for the docs I submitted to ACS na ni-reuse ko lang rin for visa lodgement. Hope this helps!

I submitted all that I have (almost complete, just missing a few months here & there), although may nakuha akong tips from others na okay lang kahit around 3 payslips per year, if yours is incomplete. Sinama ko na lang rin lahat ng meron ako to be safe.

Here's the naming convention I used, baka maka-help rin to be more organized, although this is not required (except for the no spaces, no special characters rule):
