@annemaersk: If na-OC ka (like me haha) since there's an attachment type na "Health, Evidence of", you can attach your "eMedical Information Sheet". This can be downloaded from your eMedical account. Naka-reflect dun that you have completed all examinations required, and also the clinic. Pero tama si @Santi, the CO should be able to see naman na cleared medicals mo since attached/connected naman both applications. Good luck! 🙂
