kaya ang malamang sa saudi na sya mag medical..

@netzkeenet Statutory déclarations are for countries like Australia and Singapore. They are considered legal statements and are legally binding, and are administered by the Commissioner of Oaths or anyone authorized by the Commissioner, usually lawyers / notary public. Ang equivalent nun sa atin are affidavits, administered by a notary public.

So in short, yes kelangan notarized affidavit sya to become an official statement.

Hello po i just want to ask baka may naka experience napo nito. Ung partner ko po ay may anak sa previous relationship niya.pano po un ilalagay sa application namin? Hindi naman kasama mag migrate ung bata pero it will be hard for us na mapa medical pa kung sa non migrating namin ilalagay. Suggest ni sir lock code ilagay sa other family members. Baka meron po naka experience ng ganito patulong naman po thanks!

hi,

i am ralph's partner. we became bf/gf last june 2012 then he moved to our house june 2013. deadline of our application will be this august 9 for 190 visa where i am the primary applicant. so far we have the ff documents to prove our relationship:

notarized statement from both our mothers and friends proving that we lived together since june 2013 (present co-worker, previous co-staff at the hosital, and my longtime friend whom we always hangout with)
joint account which we opened last january 2014 with 500k pesos (bank certificate, and letter with both of our names with the same address acknowledging the acct we opened dated jan 2014.
our contract issued jan 2014 under the same address since we work on the same company, same department (actually magkatabi pa kami ng desk) lol
nbi clearance we got last month july 2014 under the same address
pictures with our family and friends
phone bills, 2 per year from 2012 to 2014 but under his mother's name since it is a family plan.. showing his calls to me.. and my cebu pac itinerary(with my contact number dated 2010-2011) just to prove that the number in his phone bills is actually mine.

we are just concern because most of our proof are just 6 months old. but we have lived together since june 2013. also i went to oz aug to dec 2012 to finish my bridging course

for nursing.

we just need your opinion whether if we are going to be approved or not..

if it is ok to push thru with our application giving our documents above.

@lock_code2004 hopefully, we were also able to get a gym membership receipt with same address dated last june 2013 will this have an impact? Rhis is in additio to proof of cohabitation since the documents we had before are only 6 mos old (january 2014-contract, joint acct) ..

I also have question regarding the previous post "how long have u been in defacto rel?" Should we use the date when we became officially bf/gf (june 2012) or when we started living together (june 2013) ?

And also, is it possible to pay the visa fee using 2 or more credit cards since we only have limitted credit limit. We are planning to pay everything on the time of application but using 2-3 cc. Is that possible?

need some advice here. just prepping the docs needed for de-facto and im a little confused on what documents should be notarized or not. I will greatly appreciate it if anyone can confirm my supporting docs:

Certificate of English Medium from University - scanned not notarized?
Statement of history of relationship - signed by me then scan? kailangan ba stat dec or affidavit?
Statement from family members - signed by them then scan? kailangan ba stat dec or affidavit?
Social context (joint travel - flight tickets) - will scanning this enough?
Social context (evidence of common friends - maybe photos) - just digital copy?
Couples commitment (supplier contracts for our upcoming marriage) - will scanning this enough?

Also, I have some bank transfers to my partner and I will also include that as our supporting document but we all know that bank transfers are just digital copies, do they accept supporting docs like this?

@RED All statements must be notarized (affidavits in the Philippines. The rest can be scanned or digital copies, although if the CO is not convinced he might ask for a CTC later on. In my case they didn't.

Thanks a lot @cholle . Halo na kasi yung nabasa ko regarding sa statement, may nabasa ako somewhere in this forum na no need na daw ipanotorized yung statement but I guess its safer to just have it notarized. In my case, I'll just use stat dec since I'm here in Malaysia. Thanks again.

hi help nmn po... nailgay ko kasi ung mom ko as non migrating dependent.. and nabasa ko po ng pg gnun need din pla nya mg pa medical and police clerance khit d nmn tlga sya mg mmigrate ang possible na ma apektuhan ung application if my prob sa medical ang mom ko.. nkpg lodge na po ko visa with my partner last aug 7.. ano po kaya pdeng gawin ko para icorrect un? thank u

@netzkeenet kami. hehe 🙂 Nag email na rin ako kay CO na mag change ako ng status pero mag email na lang ulit ako bukas ng updated na form 1022 maski wala pa reply kung anong form. 🙂
