Statements from families and friends... Di kami nagpa stat declaration or yung may witness ng attorney.. it was just a simple statement signed at dated nung gumawa plus submit ng passport copy nila.. nasa UAE kasi kami so hnd legal dito ang magkasama so for our own protection di na kami nagpawitness sa attorney
internet, mobile and electricity bill na kami ang nagbabayad kahit hnd samin nakapangalan..
statement nung sa kasama namin sa bahay kung saan sya yung nakapangalan dun s bahay na tinitirhan namin plus yung mga tenancy contract at yung s net and electricity bill accounts

@jenipet20, and to all po na makakasagot, papaano po ninyo inorganize yung mga pinasa po ninyong docs? Are they all in one PDF file? or one pdf file per type (O.R, air tickets of travels, stat decs, statement etc)?

kinuha namin yung contract dun s ksma namin s bahay tapos andun s contract yung account no. Tapos dun s receipt andun yung account no. Both for internet and electricity.. S mobile, through credit card statement...

@danz1213 Separate documents ang pag-upload, they are classified according to document type (proof of identity, stat decs, proof of financial arrangement, social arrangement, etc.) You will know what I mean when you finally lodge your visa application and upload all your other documents.

Time to help other applicants, we just received our grant notification with de facto. eto po yung mga proof na ginamit namin for de facto and long distance relationship po kami:

Evidence of Common Friends - 1 pdf file with clickable table of contents, description of this file, full of images including snapshot showing number of mutual friends in facebook then images of us with friends. All images have description and dates.
Evidence that the couple maintained contact during period of separation - Viber & Facebook messages, portion lang kasi sobrang dami.
Affidavit proving our relationship is genuine from my side.
Affidavit proving our relationship is genuine from my partner's side.
Evidence that we are recognized by our families as a couple - 1 pdf file with clickable table of contents, description of this file and images with description and dates.
History of relationship - statutory declaration stamped in Malaysia narrating our story since we first met and how the relationship developed.
Joint Accounts - certified true copies of our joint accounts.
Evidence that shows we are generally accepted and recognized as a couple socially - 1 pdf file with clickable table of contents, description of this file, wedding invitations addressed to both of us (iniscan lang namin yung cover nung mga wedding invitation showing our names) and images that we attend those weddings.
Joint Travel - 1 pdf with clickable table of contents, description of this file, images of our travel with dates and description, flight tickets & bus tickets.
Intention to have a long term relationship - 1 pdf file with clickable table of contents, description of this file, wedding supplier contracts (were already engaged to get married when we submit our EOI)
Joint Participation in Sporting - 1 pdf file with clickable table of contents, description of this file and pictures that we joined a lot of running events with dates.

@RED thanks! Kaw pala yong nakikita ko dati nagtatanong about sa mga marriage license if they will accept it as proof. Anyway, I haven't submitted my EOI yet because I'm planning to get married first. Would you recommend to submit my EOI and then change my relations status later on(during visa application na)?

@J_Oz haha ako na nga yun. in the end di ko din nagamit marriage license kasi di ko nakuha agad. Ang suggestion ko, no need to wait na ikasal kung tingin mo yung mga proof mo is enough na. Yun nga lang kahit tingin mo enough na, laging merong kaba, di katulad ng marriage certificate na yung nakahain. Nag gamble na ako kasi di naman din nakukuha agad yung NSO certified na marriage certificate, naisip ko lang na baka di tanggapin yung hindi NSO certified kasi yung marriage certificate na iissue sa amin e walang registry number which is normal lang daw talaga.

@RED Normally ba gano katagal nakukuha ang Marriage certificate?. Medyo hindi kasi namin masatisfy yong 12 months na living together(alam mo naman dito satin hehe). Although recognized ng families namin ang relationship namin plus we have travels together din(with families, my friends, her friends, officemates, etc.)

Anyway, congrats uli. 🙂

@J_Oz ang sabi sa amin sa church, 3 to 4 months daw yun bago lumabas sa NSO. pwede daw mashorten yun basta sasabihin mo sa city hall, ang problema lang daw dun madami daw nagrerequest ng ganun kaya possible daw na hindi maasikaso sa city hall. Wala pa bang 12 months yung relationship niyo? Yung amin wala din naman kami proof na nag live together for 12 months or more, statement lang kasi sa pinas naman kahit live-in na kayo not necessarily naman na both are included in the bills etc. lalo na kung house rent lang walang proof. hehe.

@RED mag 4 years na kami as bf and gf and plan namin talaga magpakasal na. kaya idedelay ko muna yong EOI.

@J_Oz isa pa palang reason kaya di na namin naantay na ikasal kami kasi yung electronics engineer parang malapit na magsara, nagopen lang ulit siya this year kaya di na kami nag take chance na baka bukas pa next year. tingin ko sa field mo wala namang issue kasi indemand talaga ang programmer so I don't expect it to be closed in the next few years.

@RED ah sabagay, although hindi natin talaga alam kung kelan magbabago ang mga sistema nila. Every year kasi halos nagiiba, so target parin is sana before July 1 para same parin yong sistema.
