Hello po ok lang po ba na isama ko yung partner ko po sa Pr application, kahit married po sya dati? We've been together for 7 years na po. May isa po kaming anak 4 y.o. na..Sana po meron din ganitong case same as mine na na grant yung PR..Thanks po.

Statement by my family (NOTARIZED)
Statement by my partner's family (NOTARIZED)
Statement by a Friend (NOTARIZED)
Lease Contract
Bills or any Letter that shows that we have the same address
Bank statements highlighting transactions between me and my partner
Photo collection.
Travel tickets/documents/bookings
Chat Logs

Notes:

Personal statements - we thought na di na kailangan notarized yung statement namin ni partner. Wala naman din naging problema and nakatipid din kami. Mahal ang Notary public sa SG
Kung wala kayong bills, any letter that shows your name and address can be used. In our case ang ginamit namin is mga letters/mailed promotions from our bank.
A Lease contract is a strong evidence lalo na pag nasamahan mo pa ng bills.
Since wala kaming joint account, nag pakita nalang kami ng bank statements showing our transactions to each other.
For the photo collection, best to include also old photos that predates the period ng pag live in nyo. Nagsama din kami ng photo with our families and the specific friend that gave the supporting statement.
When lodging the visa, may part dun kung san ilalagay mo kung kelan nag start yung de facto relationship. In my application, ang linagay kong date is kung kelan kami nag live in, hindi ung date kung kelan nag start ang relationship namin.

If applying for a 489 visa and you are legally married mid of this year. Sa judge and not sa church, normally ano2 docs ang hihingin? Worry ko is baka manghingi ng proof ng joint account. For now wala pa kami. What happened is my wife tried last Sept sa BDO (nakaalis nako ng PInas), but needed ng presence ko (im an ofw) if joint acct nga. So ang ending is, she was able to open an acct na under her name lang and not a joint account.

Is joint acct necessary to prove your marriage?

Ano pa normally hahanapin sayo?

Joint bank account (Very fresh pa. Wala pang 6 months)
Fb messenger convo's, viber messages, & text messages
Scanned copy of love letters
Hotel bookings
Barangay letter stating that we are living together

Ayan pa lang po ang meron kami. Do you think enough na po yan? also, yung sa joint bank account plan namin ipasa ang bank certificate rather than statement. As per BDO di naman daw nakaindicate yung date ng pagopen ng account. Pwede kaya yan ipasa?

in the process of lodging na. confused lang ako kung sa main applicant or partner section ba ng upload, i-upload yung ACS assessment, skills assessment, work evidence etc. if sa partner section, which part? sa evidence of family member ba?

hi, I am currently on student visa pero on process na ko on skills assessment. I am also scheduled to take CCL test on March. Plan ko din sana isama yung partner ko as my de facto. I think enough naman yung requirements namin ng partner ko to prove cohabitation since yung relationship namin is 2011 and nag live in kami nung 2014.

But my problem is nung nilodge nung agent ko yung Student Visa ko, hindi naisama yung partner ko since seaman sya wag ko na daw banggitin kung wala naman akong balak na pasunudin sya sa SV ko.

I feel na ito yung possible na maging problem namin sa pag lolodge ng visa, may nakausap na kong migration lawyer about this willing naman syang tanggapin yung case namin kaya lang yung fees nya is $7050aud. sobrang mahal! May nakaexperience na ba ng ganitong case or anyone na marerecommend nyo na agent? I am willing to engage on migration services pero wag lang sana yung ganung kamahal. thanks! 🙂

Hi! Nagback read na ako and all and I still can't find a definite answer if kaya pwede ba ideclare na de facto kahit hindi live-in.

I get na other countries like yung sa Middle East, di pwede kaya madali i-argue yun, pero pag dito ba sa Philippines, meron bang same experience?

We've been together for 5 years, have heaps of photos, I can show our travels, and bank transfers too (no joint accounts)

@kapitanyeda same po tayo ng case .... nag hahanap din po ako ng ideas or suggestions... kasi may worries ako baka kasi affected yung grant ng visa ng primary applicant kung hindi convinced yung CO sa proofs ng de facto dependent ...
