you can use a Partner Visa kung example na grant na ang Skilled PR visa ng BF/partnert, pero hindi ka kasama sa application.... pagdating nya sa AU, that's the time na you will apply for a Partner visa and those things/conditions na nabasa mo and i explained above will apply..
In your current case, since kasama ka sa application nya (skilled migrant), then PR visa yun, you will also get a PR visa..

Ung scenario naman po namen now, is since nkapag apply na kame ng skillselect at de facto nilgay namen dun sa status..nag dadalawang isip po tlga ako if itutuloy namen ung kasal sa january, para mas smooth ung process di na kailngan mag provide ng mga proof of our de factor relationship (though we can provide all the docs required naman). Or wait nlang kaya nmen ma grant ung visa then saka kame magpakasal pra di na nmen palitan ung status? I remember ung link na binigay nyo sa kabilang thread if may change sa current situation. Pag ba may change, need mag wait bago ma expire ung skillselect? or it doesnt apply sa State Sponsorship? Kc i-remember for skill select pag may changes ka, mapupunta sa last queue ung application mu?
