Hi guys... I am waiting for my partner visa 309. Sino dito naka experience before sa 309 na malapit na mag expire police checks ninyo both the sponsor and applicant but wala pa ring visa grant.. ??? My status now is further assessment.

Is there a possibility that the case officer will need to request again new police checks from us ???

@weng_23 hi pwede kaya e attach ang mga certified documents ng applicant at sponsor sa 100 kahit 2017 pa ang date ng mga certified doc's from 309 pa kasi yun pwede kaya eulit yung mga hindi binago na mga details like passport at valid id's, birth certificate , marriage certificate etc. pwede kaya ulitin yun pag attach? hindi ba mag ask ang co na dapat bagong date sa certified doc's ang e attached?

Guys ilang years ba to make u eligible for PR is it 2 or 3 years? Kc check ko yung PR calculator and it seems 3 years kc before (May 8, 2016 see picture below)

Hi everyone. I lodged my PR application yesteeday. Sharing my kwento and timeline:

May 28, 2017 - 309 lodged

Dec 6, 2017 - 309 granted

March 14, 2019 - PR 100 lodged

March 18, 2019 - deleted my initial application lodged on March 14 . I sent a message to Immigration (through my Immi Account online) that the application is premature, as I was not due to file until May 2019.

May 24, 2019 - new application lodged. When I lodged my new application, I used the March 2019 reference number, because Immi did not recognise the original reference. I attached all relevant docs.

Status - for further assessment. Waiting game has begun.
