@pauline yung statutory declaration lang ng husband ko and yung forms 888 ang pinacertify namin sa JP. The rest are colored scans lang.

Hey Guys, G'day. Got a quick question, I've received an email last night saying that I can now submit additional information for the permanent stage of my partner visa. Upon doing the application, I've reached the first question of the 14th page saying "Has it been a total of 24 months since the date the applicant lodged their temporary partner visa application?". My concern is, does the prospective marriage visa counted as temporary partner visa? As we are still a couple of months away from 2 years since we applied for the Temp Partner Visa 820? Could it be possible that they just sent the email in advance? Any response will be appreciated, Thank you! 🙂

Hi, anyone lodged their pmv stage 2 visa early this year na na grant na?

My timeline is

Dec 2018 - Received email that we can lodge for stage 2 visa

Feb 2019 - Lodged and submitted documents including AFP check

now it's been 8 months and still no news... anyone in the same timeline?

Lucky I got to find out about this forum. Very informative.

Happy to help as well and share my time line to help fellow kababayans.

ATM - we are preparing to lodge my Partner Permanent Visa Stage 2 ( subclass 801 )by November 2019.

We get assistance from our immigration agent/agency. It is expensive but without their help I don't think makakapunta ako dito sa Australia at anak ko in the first place.

Just want to share our timeline

Jan 2017 - Lodged Stage 1 (subclass 309) application

April 2017 - Received email requesting for medical exam and nbi clearance

May 2017 - Granted partner visa

Dec 2018 - Received email that informs us we can lodge for stage 2 visa (subclass 100)

Feb 2019 - Lodged Stage 2 (subclass 100) application

Nov 2019 - Permanent Visa Finally Granted

Hello, yung friend ko po naka visa 820(temporary onshore) May 2018 granted, never pa sya umuwi sa pinas.. then yun 13yo son nya umuwi sa pinas for vacation at babalik sa australia sa feb.. hindi kasama yun friend ko. Kailangan ba nung son nya na mag PDOS at mag Attend ng seminar? Thanks

hello po, ask lang po, after nyo magrant ng premanent residency, kailangan pa ba ng CFO Sticker or seminar nyan?may nakita kasi ako about this. Ngayon ko lang narining yan
