Btw, if I may ask, since you have mentioned that your shift is 2 weeks straight then 2 weeks off, you think DHA can also consider those that meet an average of 35 hrs only, combining all shifts in a month? My husband’s shift varies every week. In a month, he has 2 weeks of 33 hrs, and 2 weeks of 38.5 to 43 hrs. On the average per month, he still gets 35 hrs a week only that the length of shifts varry. Do you think DHA will still consider this?
Another option would be, to submit only the payslips that meet the 35 hrs, around 2 payslips per month, within 2 years. Is this also acceptable?
Just checking our possible options in the future. Thanks</blockquote>
I am not sure but as what i have mentioned, they also look at the annual amount earned. If it meets the minimum, then i guess theres no problem.
