@kpantig18 either humingi ka ulit ng bagog COE or gumawa ka ng Statutory Declaration (Affidavit)

Hello @kpantig18 312111 din ang sa asawa ko.

With regards to your last question, like what @engineer20 mentioned, you may request for a new CoE na nakalagay lahat ng required information. Another option is gawa ka ng Statutory Declaration and pacertify mo sa Notary Public or Justice of Peace.

Yung 2 jobs ng asawa ko na pina-assess namin before, wala kaming detailed CoE kaya nag Statutory Declaration nalang kami dahil mahirap irequest galing sa Pinas, nagsara pa yung isang company.

@engineer20 @Luntian12 lets hope nalang po na pag nagrequest ako ng new COE from them eh pagbigyan ako with all the needed info. Hehe

Yun po bang ina-upload sa VETASSESS, scanned copy ng original, or scanned copy ng "certified true copy" ng files? medyo magulo po. Kasi sa FAQ nila ang sabi lang is

"If applying online, you'll need to upload and submit high quality colour scans of proof of identity, qualification and employment documents. If you're submitting the documents by mail, please provide high quality colour copies of the required documents along with the signed and completed application form."

@kpantig18 kadalasan hindi nagbbigay ng panibagong COE mga kompanya unless kadikit mo ung HR or admin nyo. Lalo na sa malaking companya. Ung aknin sa P&T ilang beses ko in-email ung manager namin hindi ako pinapansin. kaya naasar ako gumawa na lng ako ng self stat declaration.

bago na yata vetassess ngayon. pwede na yata ang coloured scans lng. ung last year kasi kelangan ctc lahat ng issubmit na documents

@kpantig18 if you are applying online, "NO NEED" na ipacertify ang scanned original colored documents. Pero kung pina photocopy mo ang documents mo need sya ipa certify true copy.

Advice lang din base sa experience namin nung nag pa assess kami sa Architectural draftsperson. 2 companies ang wala kami COE kasi hindi na namin malocate ang new office nila dahil almost decade na nakalipas, kaya nag gawa nalang kami ng Statutory Declaration. But after weeks nag email ang vetassess saying, Your statutory declaration is not suffice to get the positive result, please send COE of the following company..bla..bla..bla

So, no choice pa din kundi mag ala darna sa kakahanap. In God's grace na nakuha din kami 🙂

@Anino78 oo nga po mukhang hindi ako papansinin nung isang company lalo pa ngayon at nag change name na sila at nakipag merge sa iba. Aasa nalang muna ako pinoy naman yung HR don. haha. Papano po ba kumuha ng Statutory Declaration dito sa Singapore?

@malt opo nabasa ko din na kahit may Statutory Declaration hindi po yun sapat kasi kailangan nila ng proof of employment.

Mga COE nalang ang kulang ko at the moment to get my VETASSESS processed. Pray pray pray nalang muna 🙂

@kpantig18 yung sa CoE, if di mo masunod yung format, magStatDec ka nalang.

I'm not sure sa case ni @malt if purely stat dec and no other supporting docs kaya yun ang sabi ng vetassess. Nagsupporting docs po kayo?

For our case may statdec kami to explain na wala kami ng format na hinihingi nila pero inattach namin yung normal coe, payslips, sss contribution proof and employment contract. Nagpositive naman sa awa ng Diyos.

Hindi ako sure sa VETASSESS. Through agent kasi kami. Hindi ko na natanong kung pano ba niya kami ini-apply kasi lahat ng scanned colored copies ng docs namin pina-CTC ko then pinaFedEx sa address niya sa Canberra. If may online option, baka hindi na nga kailangan ipaCTC yung docs.

@kpantig18 gagawin mo yung stat dec then pupunta ka sa notary public dito sa Singapore. Kay Andrew Ee ako nagpunta para sa stat dec. $20 per page ang singil niya kapag stat dec. You have to be there personally kasi pipirmahan mo yun sa harap niya. His office is at The Adelphi sa may City Hall.

Dito sa Singapore yung di mo makuhang CoE format tama ba? Gawa ka statdec, attach ka din ng NoA (Notice of Assessment) mo from IRAS. Kung yung address sa NoA mo before eh sa address ng employer mo, better. How about payslips? May naitabi ka ba? Or any transaction sa bank account mo before na galing sa company nila yung pumasok na money sayo as payroll? Considered supporting docs siya. 🙂

@kpantig18 Ung stat declaration kasi kailangan may naka-attach na supporting documents din un from you previous company like emloyment letter, letter ng mga increments, payslips etc...

Hayyy tama po kayo, hindi din sila nagbibigay ng COE with complete information kahit irequest mo pa. They just give you the standard format. Hayy. Can anyone share a copy of their stat dec, for my reference lang po please. kpantig18@gmail.com po email ko.

Sa March 2017 pa po kasi ako mag submit ng skills assessment sa VETASSESS, mag 4 years na akong nagwowork this March. Para in case daw na bawasan yung bilang ng work experience ko may chance parin na ma count yung 3 years.

Yung PRC license ko nag expire na February 2017 so question po, kailangan ko pa po ba mag renew ng PRC License? Or pwede ng patunay sa VETASSESS yung PRC Certificate ko na nagsasabi na Architect ako?

@kpantig18 ang sabi sa Vetassess is "Please supply evidence of passing the Professional Regulation Commission’s Licensure Examinations". I think ok na yung Certificate from PRC. Stamped and sealed naman yun certificate.

Hello po mga sir and mam. I am very new in this forum. I have some worries about my submissions po.

My agent submitted my documents last nov 24 2016 for vetassess skill assessment ( draftsman) then got a reply last feb 2 requesting for payslip. Sent feb 7. While i am waiting, i stumbled upon this forum and realized so many things. Una worried ko po ay wlang pinasang statutory declaration ang agent ko. I asked them bkit di ngsubmit, sabi nila no need dhil di nman daw hiningi. Then i only gave them a simple coe(s) format stating my position, salary start and end date joined. Sabi po nila, inayos daw po nila job description ko then notarized by their lawyer. But im not sure about this.

Let say vetassess is not satisfied of what my agent submitted, let say particularly job description and coe, would they ask for a detail job description? Nkakaparanoid pla sobra ang pagaantay since last nov 24 pko ngsubmit. Hope you can advise me po. Salamat in advance

^ nakakabahala nga po yan kasi nauna pa kayo mag lodge sakin, in my case kasi lahat statutory declaration dahil generic lang lahat ng coe ko. Naglodge kami sa vetassess last 29-Dec-2016 and nakuha ko yung positive result netong 20-Feb-2017 lang.
