@batman Hello po. ask ko lang about claiming points for partner skills..to claim points po I Know na dapat i assess pero dapat po ba na same list sila ng skills?kasi po ang skill ko eh nasa MLTSSL ko tpos ung kanya eh nasa short term.ibig sbhn po ba inde ko ma claim ang points for wife kahit okay naman ielts nya?

You can claim partner skills if, when you are invited, your partner: •is under 50 years of age

•has competent English

•has an occupation that is on the same skilled occupations list as your nominated occupation

•has been assessed by the relevant assessing authority as having suitable skills for their nominated occupation

•is coming to Australia with you

•is not an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

Hello po, tanung ko lng sana if may bearing ba sa pag-approve ng EOI or visa kung currently wala ka work??

More than 8 years na experience ang credited ni Engrs Australia as Telco Network Engr po. Kso currently unemployed ako for 1yr 2 months na. Kasi kung needed to be employed at the time of application, kailangan ko na din magtrabaho pla before submit application.

Hi guys, ask lng po sna about EOI application, under Employment, if nkstate s ACS is gnito:

"the following employment after September 2009 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 261313 (please see attached image file), iinput p po b ung experience before september 2009 s EOI > Employment? or iinput lng yung experience after September of 2009? thanks much po s advice 🙂

lahat po ng work experience need ilagay, then selected "NO" dun sa question kun related sia sa nominated occupation for your work experience befr to sep 2009. then select yes for your worke xp from oct 2010 to current na pinaassess mo sa ACS.

@cp101030 , from what i read po,,, dapat nasa same occupation list kayo.. there are 2 lists, MLTSSL and STSOL.. kung 189 po kayo, dapat nasa MLTSSL parehas para makaclaim. kung 190 naman, if MLTSSL si main, dapat dun din si defacto, if STSOL si main, STSOL din si defacto..

i hope someone can confirm / verify ..

thanks much @eujin , sadly hndi pla kmi pwede since nasa short term list ung job ko and nasa long term si hubby. other option n lng po nmn now is ung visa 190. one of our option is victoria but you need to have a show money of $40k aud if you have 2 dependents, question po how sure kaya ang chances maapprove s state sponsorship? is ths better than 189? by aug 17 our score will lower down to 60 points due to age bracket, but by july 2018, we will have 65 points again since huby will have a total of 8 yrs exp. kso by that time we are not sure bka iba n dn ang visa processing since nggng strict n ngayon s au and mostly ng pnprocess for 189 is 70 points nowadays. thanks guys in advance s advice

Overseas work exp: 4 years = 5pts

Total of 75pts.

Yun sa PTE po, make sure na 79 or above yun score for all components (S,L,R,W).

For BSN, not sure though. In my case I selected Bachelor Degree (Other).

Hi tanong lang po about 2 years Australian study requirement, tapos na po ako sa nested package na cert Iv of business 37 weeks and diploma of business 37 weeks, pasok ba sya sa 16months na nirerequire to get the points?
