Hi ask ko lang po if possible po bang mg submit g multiple EOI at the same time, like s NSW po then QLD, or do I need to choose specific state po.

@Heprex as per my agent, he needs daw po to edit my EOI then submit it to other state then mawawala na yung EOI ko s NSW kasi nga daw po hindi pwede yung multiple submission of EOI, we were arguing po regarding this kasi nga po nabasa ko na before sa forum na to na possible nga po.. ng aask lang po ako ng additional info.. Sir paanu kaya gagawin ko kung ayaw nila makinig and they are insisting n hindi daw pwede

Ikaw dapat masusunod, kase ikaw yung client. You have your rights. Yan ang sa tingin ko. Pero kung hindi alam ng agent mo yang ganyang info, i will doubt na legit sila. Ano agency mo? Chrck if they are registered.

pakilinaw lang po sa agent niyo ang gusto nyo mangyari (basta walang extra fee ha).

Una po tama po ang agent na BAWAL or WALANG capability ang skillselect na mag allow ng multiple submission ng EOI. pero sa pag kakaintindi ko po sa gusto nyo mangyari eh isang EOI lang ang susubmit nyo pero multiple STATE NOMINATION. magkaiba po yan.

yung 1 EOI = multiple state nomination is allowed. meron nga pong tanong anong preferred state nyo gusto tumira, then multiple choices are allowed. Althought this is allowed, its not 'recommended' especially kung ang tanging path to perm visa nyo is 'state nomination'. Pwede po ma question ang loyalty nyo sa state na mag ssponsor sa inyo.

Pakiconfirm po sa agent nyo, baka rin po mali ang pag kakaintindi ko.

Hi. Mag-aask lang po if sino pwede makasagot, kasi magsusubmit na ako ng EOI kaya lang yung name ng school ko sobra sa 40 characters? Ano po ba dapat gawin? Dapat di ba same yung nakasulat na name ng school na ikey-in sa EOI sa mga diploma at skill assessment. Pwed eko ba siya ishorten like eemove ko yung "the" or "of" sa name ng school? Thanks po sa sasagot.

@Heprex to a point you're right, the final decision lies on the client. As MARA agent, we're here to guide our clients and also act to their best interest, this also means to advise them against something if we think it's not going to be good for the client's case. So in the end, if a client still insists on doing something which I don't think would help the case, I don't hesitate to terminate my services with the client due to lack of trust kasi ako naman yung mapapahamak, I also need to adhere to our Code of Conduct set out by the MARA. In my own opinion, coming from my experience of getting an agent myself when I migrated to Australia many years ago, it's more of nag agent ka pa hindi ka rin naman makikinig sa advice so sayang talaga yung binayad mo.

If closed na yung nominated occupation ng state, pwede padin ba magsubmit ng EOI to that state and would it still be valid when the nominate occupation opens again?

@RheaMARN1171933 I think @Blackmamba just wanted to be in queue just in case mag open ulit ang code. If he is referring to occupation which has been closed due to quota limit not because its closed permanently.
