Nope. You dont need to provide additional docs as of now.. They will find out na nagsara na nga ang company nyo, at pwde nila ma verify yan..

@lock_code2004 hello. Question po. Yung nailagay po na last day ko dun sa COE ng previous job ko was Aug 7, 2011 (Sunday). Magkaka problem po ba yun sa DIAC since magtataka sila bakit Sunday ang last day ko? Pero sa CoE, date (Aug 7, 2011) lang naman yung nakalagay at nde included ang "Sunday"

@jay30 May COE rin po ako na pumatak sunday ang end date, wala naman po naging problema.

hello po mga sir/ma'am.. re: sa walang kamatayang "generic" COE. pano po if previously under agency ka then naabsorb ka nung company na pinagdeploy-an mo..

dun sa COE from agency nakaindicate "...had worked with IT internal projects of client ABC."

enough na kaya yun as COE with job desc?

Hello... ask ko lang regarding my COE, nakahingi po ako sa HR namin nang generic COE, pero my problem is nilagyan nila nang ibang addressee ex. name nang bank, because ang dahilan ko kasi ay for housing loan so hiningi nila name nang bank and nilagay sa COE. Do u think tatangapin po ito nang ACS? Also, nagrequest po ako nang job description, but they tell me na gawa na lang daw ako and papirma sa officer ko. My problem is for housing loan kasi ung dinahilan ko kaya nakahingi ako. Im thinking na kapag for visa application po reason ko ay baka di ako bigyan and lalo pa magkaproblem. Need advise on this. Thanks

Im planning din kasi na wag na muna isama ang current emplyment ko sa assessment kasi baka magkaproblema ako sa company ko na 1yr4mo pa lang po ako. Just in case di ko siya isama, may chance po b na magkaproblema ako sa pagaaply sa Visa.

@Angelo ang important kasi is un mga work experience na ipa-assess mo.

@Angelo if you dont need you current work exp for the total years of work exp to be able to claim points, then okay lang na di mo isama.. Otherwise you need to include it..

even if you dont tell them now, malalaman din nila pag nag verify na ang ACS sa HR nyo..

also, if you will apply for visa, CO may also do verification..

so why not just tell them the real reason..

why do you think magkakaaproblem pag nalaman nila na immigration angr reason mo?

tell them it's just for skills assessment for australia immigration...

it's just the first step of the whole process.. and it will take another 6-12months to complete the whole process, if their concern is that you might leave the job easily.

Binigyan ako ng certificate of employment with job description kaso walang official stamp ng company. Di daw nila pede lagyan, ewan ko ano rason nila. Acceptable na po ba to? thanks in advance

hello po ask ko lang.. ok lang mag hingi ng detailed JD sa hindi mo ka dept.. I mean someone senior from the company that can vouch your skills?

@cliffhanger82 Company stamp is not required. Required are company name, address, and contact number para may matawagan sila for verification if necessary.

Hi guys question lang, Im now in the process of uploading the supporting docs for employment and I have these 2 scenarios na di ko alam gagawin ko:

On my contract and payslips (first 2 years at work) ibang position ang nakaindicate compared dun sa COE na sinubmit ko sa ACS (the same doc na iuupload ko din sa immiaccount). I was promoted on my 3rd year but I dont have a copy of my payslips for that period anymore. On my COE, ang nakalagay nalang is yung last position na hinold ko before leaving. Hindi ba ako magkakaissue when the CO checks that the "position" is not consistent ? Should I just submit ITRs at wag na yung contract and payslips?
On my 2nd company, my Contract Papers was from a consulting company since startup company sya and in the process palang ng pagreregister sa sec,bir et al. After a few months (prior to my regularization), nairegister na officially si Company2 and by the time na my regularization papers were given to me, the docs were already under the Company2 (letterhead and all). The consulting firm was never mentioned in my COE; Is it better to just submit the regularization papers and wag na yung contract?

if it's part of the minimum requirement of you assessing agency then you need the jd even if your not claiming work exp points..

Thank you. Ang pinasa ko na coe ung generic lang eh pero I passed reference letters don sa assessing agency.

Ok lang po kaya na ung nagbigay ng reference letter ko na pinasa ko sa assessing agency eh ng resign na? December pa kasi ung reference letter ko eh tapos ng resign na ung nagbigay sakin nito lang march.
