Thanks. Wala naman ako problem for supporting docs like contract, payslip, job offer, etc. Ang sa akin lang ay Self Stat Dec para hindi ko na kailangan si boss sabihan.

Hello everybody, will Engineers Australia accept Self Stat declaration?

My companies 1 & 2 in the Philippines have provided COE with job details in an official company letterhead. In this case, is it advisable to include other docs like payslip, etc? Or huwag na baka malito pa si EA? Hehe

remember yun mga contract/payslip etc.. are just supporting docs to prove na nag wowork ka talga dun sa company.. you will only submit these if there are no official docs COE/Jd..

@vhoythoy,lock_code2004 and TasBurrfoot, Sir/ Ma'am, my query po ako. dito po ako ngayon sa qatar nakakuha na ako ng generic na Cert. of employment ko sa mismong owner ng company nag alibi na lng ako nung tinanong ako kung san ko gagamitin. about naman s job description ko ayaw mag issue ng visor ko ung owner daw ang kausapin ko which is sa tingin ko e-rereject nya rin ung request ko kaya hindi ko na sinubukan na kausapin. if mag seself statutory ako na accepted din naman daw ng vetasses as per experience na din ni vhoythoy and tasburrfooot kailangan ba na dito ko din ipa notarize sa qatar ung self statutory?

follow up ko narin. 9yrs and 9mons. din ako ng work pinas bgo ko naisipan na mag abroad, ang position ko po sa pinas dati ay cartographer ngayon po ang item ko dito sa qatar ay engineer. Geodetic engineering po ang natapos ko bale 1 year palang ako sa position na ito. ung cartographer at geodetic/surveyor related naman. ang pagkakaiba lang ung cartographer na ka focus lng sa pag gawa ng map sa surveyor naman nagfifield at my kasama ring planning. pede ba na ung cartographer ang ipa assess ko kc sayang din kasi ung lenght of service ko if compare ko sa surveyor na 1 year palang. salamat.

yes kailangan lahat naka ctc/notary/affidavit..

if the 2 occupations are from the same unit code (1st 4 letters of the anzsco) then ma-count naman yan as relevant exp.. so pwede mo i claim both sa work exp points...

decide based on your work exp, and kung ang nasa SOL/CSOL ba ang occupation codes pareho..

@lock_code2004- Salamat sa response..if cartographer ang aaplayan ko vetassess ang assessing body if surveyor naman ang assessing body ay SSSI mas prefer ko cartographer habulin ko kasi ung points sa working experience sayang din atsaka 1 year plang ako sa surveyor at ang require atleast 3years working exp. so hindi pede ang surveyor. ito ung anzco no. cartographer 232213 at sa surveyor 232212. meron akong kasamhan willing mag sign s job description ko sabay kami na hire at same position lang din. Nabasa ko sa thread na hindi pede mag testify if same position dapat mas higher sa akin.

@lock_code2004- kapipirma nya lng ng coe ko sir nag alibi na n nga lng ako sa kanya maghihinala na un sir if susundutin ko ulit ng (jd) ko. he he ask ko rin sir, nung pumirma ako ng contract binigyan nila ako ng kopya photo copy nga lang, kailangan pa certify ko din sa employer ko ung photo copy ng contract ko kasi isasama ko sya sa self stat. decl. na gagawin ko to prove na nag wowork ako sa kumpanya na yun together with bank statement.

hi lock, question lang, kasi di ako nakakuha ng letterhead sa HR, ang ginawa ko since madali lang ang logo ng co, gumawa ako ng sarili ko, almost lahat naman ng co docs ganun. pinapirmahan ko sa senior colleague (not my boss) then nanghiram ako ng company stamp. is it sufficient kahit wala ng statutory? should i submit supporting docs like my colleague's security id and employee id? ACS po pala sir.

haha.. ayos.. just make sure na pag nagvalidate sa company nyo eh manindigan ang mga pumirma..

hello, question po uli. im scanning all my documents na, napansin ko lang. meron akong isang employer, hindi na ako binigyan ng COE with job description wala rin gustong pumirma sa mga ex colleagues ko na andun pa. ngayon ang ginawa ko kumontak ako ng ex colleague ko na nakatrabaho ko dun sa company na yun pero nagresign na rin sya dun. nagpagawa na lang ako ng statutory declaration sa kanya with her COE sa company na yun notarized and ctc-ed.

tanong ko lang po kailangan ko pa ba gumawa ng self-statutory that i'm unable to secure a coe with job description from my previous employer, and unable to make someone sign sa employment reference sa colleague ko na andun p?

question po:

yung current company ko ayaw mag-issue ng COE. nag-inquire ako sa SSSI Australia (my nominated SOL assessor). ok lang daw yung letter of recommendation/referees. i was able to get 2 from 2 different Project Managers, complete with detailed Job Description & duties) sufficient na daw sa kanila yun.

I also have CTCs of payslips, 2 contracts, confirmation letter, IRAS ITRs (income tax), bank statements indicating the company pays my salary, certificate of courses with receipts na yung company yung nagbayad).. STILL NO COE.

will these be sufficient come Visa Application time?

Hi, ask ko lang po if pwede pa ako magdagdag sa work experience ko after maglodge ako? Magulo kasi yung sa office namin bale ang declare ko work is 3 item positions pero I recently found out na meron na ko 5 item positions in the span of four years. But all of those 5 positions ay closely related sa isat isa (functions are almost the same din). Ang dilemma ko lang talaga yung nailodge ko tatlo lang. Pwede pa kaya mabago yun?

Ito pa ang situation ko. I have the COE with detailed job description earlier last year ko nakuha ito. Kaso nag closed na ang company Nov last year. Do I need a stat dec from my immediate supervisor?

Hi guys,

My ex-boss has agreed to make an affidavit of employment reference since the company doesn't issue COEs with detailed job descriptions. Employed pa with the company yung boss ngayon.

Two years from now, say my boss is no longer connected with the company at this time, valid pa rin kaya itong affidavit na ipapagawa niya ngayon? I mean it should still be valid right, since hindi naman na magbabago yung job description na nasa affidavit?

Student visa kasi ako and then after that I hope to apply for PR kaya as early as now I'm trying to secure requirements na. You never know whats gonna happen in two years' time pero I'm sure this document would still be a a requirement by then.
