COE without detailed Job Description and Other Supporting Documents

Ok po ito.
Ok na po kahit hindi nakalagay sa company letterhead, kasi I believe HR lang po ang nagrerelease ng company letterhead document, baka matuklasan pa ng HR nyo na you printed out the letterhead illegally.
Ok po ito. Add na lang po kayo na additional supporting documents. If the senior colleague is still in the company, humingi ka rin ng photocopy ng company ID kung wala na, pa-photocopy mo yung COE nya. Make all this documents certified true copy.

F nagbigay naman ng template iyong department secretary namin with letterhead, ok lang ba ito gamitin?
May nabasa ako sa iba about stat declaration? Need pa po ba? Para EA assessment po ito sa'kin

@IslanderndCity ok lang naman siguro kung nakakuha ka ng template. ah yeah, produce na lang po ng stat declaration stating the job description.

^haha! ganito po.

Kung generic COE lang ang kaya ibigay ng HR. - COE po with job description signed with your colleague saka po Statutory Declaration, same content ng pinirmahan ng colleague mo po.
Kung nagprovide ng COE with job description si HR, no need na po for stat declaration.

@lock_code2004 for Engineers Aus assessment, do I need statutory declaration signed by a Senior colleague, by me, and by a lawyer in front of the lawyer dito po sa SG? Or enough na po na signed by a senior colleague iyong gawa kong COE with job details then pa-CTC na lang as u mentioned?

I've received advices from helpful Pinoyau friends dito pero sa other assessing body (ACS, etc) po sila eh, baka iba reqt ni EA.

wla naman pong specific rule sa EA.. kahit basahin nyo ang EA immigration booklet.

pero para hindi kayo ma-hassle i suggest do it just the same...

my personal opinion, kung hindi nagbigay ang HR, pwde mo ba i-print sa letterhead ng company nyo ang job desc mo, tapos papirmahan mo sa senior colleague mo?

with this, pwede sabihin na officially galing pa rin sa company ang statement, at pwde i verify ng EA sa company mo..

diskarte ka ng papel sa hr.. or be creative.. if you know what i mean. 😉

Opo, pwede naman po makagawa ng COE with job details with company letterhead then papirmahan ng senior colleague (not my immediate superior) then punta sa notary public dito Singapore to produce CTC. So no need na po ng statutory declaration?

@IslanderndCity - my personal opinion, no need na kung nasa letterhead.. kasi considered official naman un..

sa office kasi namin ka-chokaran ko mga HR.. so naka diskarte ako ng letterhead.. tapos copy paste ko ang job description ko.. at pinapirmahan ko din sa boss ko..

ayos naman.. hehe..

just make sure of course na, pag nagverify ang EA sa HR at sa pipirma na possible silang tawagan ng EA..

Unlikely but not impossible na pareho boss mo sa 3 companies 🙂

yes.. yung letterhead makes it official (from your company)..

but if your doc is not in official letterhead, that means who ever signed is making a declaration na totoo ang sinasabi ng document... hence it is required to have a "stat declaration" or "affidavit" (term used in other countries)..

If I will make a self-statutory declaration stating that my company is providing only generic COE and mentioning that I don't want my immediate boss to know due to (I-enumerate ko reasons ko), of course this is not in official letterhead too, then papirmahan ko na rin sa lawyer here sa Singapore, is this acceptable by EA po?

Hi I am a newbie 🙂 Would like to ask if using assessment for ACS using current employer will affect? Almost 6 years naman kasi and perfectly fits the Programmer Analyst. Mahirap kasi if I will include the past employers🙁 I know mag matter sa points but if I will put the other employers on my CV does it affect? Baka marami tanong nila.

wait tayo baka may naka experience nito.. or try mo ipost sa EA thread..

if ever you'll do this, i think kailaingan mo ng ibang supporting docs like contract/payslip/etc.

to really prove your claim na nagwowork ka dun sa company..
