As long as you’re still working with the same company, mag accumulate ka pa ng work experience. But the thing is, u wont be able to claim full points for example for 5 years if you are short of 2 months. U can still lodge your skills assessment and eoi, un nga lang magbabago ung effect date at total points ng eoi mo (automatic) once nacomplete or tapos na ung additional 2 months.
