It will depend on the number of years of ur experience as Accountant and Mgmnt Accountant. If majority of ur last 10 years exp is under Accountant, I suggest you choose the Accountant for the skill migration. example: 8 years for accountant, u may claim 15 points for this. However, if 5 yrs as accountant and 5 years for Mgmt Accountant. I suggest that you choose Mgmt Accountnt since nag rurun pa ung years of experience m at possible pa maging 8yrs ung exp m dun in case na tumagal ung visa process.
