Hi Guys!
I'm a newbie here. I find this forum very helpful.
I have questions po regarding the documents to be submitted to ICAA. I'm currently preparing for IELTS and collating all the required documents for ICAA migration assessment, at the same time. My question is very strict po ba ang ICAA when it comes to the submitted documents? I recently requested course outlines and syllabus of the specific accounting and finance subjects, fortunately my school has accomodated my request and was able to pick up the documents in just after a couple of days. However, I noticed that each copy that was given to me was already certified by our college dean (kaya pala napamahal ako). As per ICAA website:
The person/agent certifying your documents must confirm that they have seen and compared the original to the copy that they are certifying and that it is a true copy. The full name, address, signature and title of the person/agent certifying the documents must be included as part of the certification.
Accepted authorities for certifying documents in Australia:
Australian Chartered Accountant/Australian CPA (must include membership number)
Australian embassy/consulate/high commission staff
University official (must include university stamp in addition to signature)
Notary public
Solicitor, legal practitioner, Magistrate
Justice of the Peace
Commissioner for declarations
Commissioner for affidavits
Commissioner of oaths
Migration agent, registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (must included registration number)
Police office (in Australia only)
Pharmacist (in Australia only)
Postal Manager (in Australia only)
For overseas authorities please refer to the public notary within your country.

Please note that the Institute reserves the right to request original documentation if required or deemed necessary.
Based from the requirements above, notary public lang po ba ang pwede mag certify ng documents originating from countries outside Australia?
May naka experience na po ba dito na nagpa assess with ICAA na school dean or registrar po ang nag certify with positive results?
Thank you!
