Hello everyone
Yes!! I finally finished backreading 69 pages of this thread π
I hope somebody can help me with the following - I'm concerned about by skill assessment. I've worked as a Taxation Accountant for almost 10 years (no other work experience aside from this) so I initially thought that my nominated occupation should be 221113 TAXATION ACCOUNTANT. But per the CPAA website, Australian Taxation Law is part of the mandatory core knowledge area which of course is not part of our BSA degree in the Philippines.
I think I have a better chance of passing the migration/education assessment by using 221111 Accountant (General) but I'm worried that I will fail the skilled employment assessment which in turn will cause my future CO not to grant me a visa..
Any thoughts on how I should proceed? TIA

Sa private company ka nman nagwork diba? And you also performing accountant functions? Taxation acct ba job title mo tlaga sa lahat ng docs (payslip/ job contract/ bir docs)? Anyway if i were you, kung matagal ka na sa company (10yrs kamo) discuss your plans with your boss and HR na gawan ka ng coe with job descriptions and responsibilities similar to acct as mentioned sa skill assesment if tlagang part ng job scope mo. Medyo ilapit mo sa gen accountant with tax functions kesa sa tax kung medyo alanganin ka pero dont make falsified job scope nman. Just my cents
