Dapat hindi. wala din naman sa resume yan, wala din picture sa resume But of course, reality is, depende sa mag iinterview. pero by law, bawal dapat yan.

AFAIK may mga jobs na nagrerequire ng certain height for safety reason...

but other than that generally yung height has no bearing... sa skills pa din magkakatalo

I just wanted to share my experience also. Have been in AU since 2014. It was difficult but a resume preparation company based in Bondi Junction had helped me get my foot in the door.

Nice, congrats! Kakainspire yung story mo and also comforting, since aspiring migrant ako na Technical Writer din. Okay lang ba matanong kung anong mga skills ang competitive sa tech writing field sa Australia? I just want to share my wife's job hunting journey: We are both in related field of accounting/finance/audit. My last work experience was external audit and I easily found a job when we landed in Au. She was in accounting/finance and the "local experience" requirement was really a pain in the *** during her first few months. She enrolled in CDU for certificate 4 in bookkeeping just to get some knowledge and hands on experience of their account system (MYOB/XERO). The school fees were subsidise being a dependent of 489 visa holder. She was not able to complete her studies as she got job offer as a bookkeeper after 9 months of job search. So tyagaan lang talaga. She was ok with the work with that employer. Above average din mag pasahod. Matter of fact i nag offer din sa akin ng audit work employer nya. Kaya and dating kong classmate, ex GF, current wife, naging colleague ko din sa work. Being a supportive husband nakikita ko kasi na di nag gogrow si Mrs sa employer namin, kaya i push her na mag apply sa iba. After two years nya sa employer nato (still my current employer) na hire sya sa government post as finance officer. Ngayon she is enjoying na with her work. I am still happy with my current employer. pero kong may opportunity why not.. I will post that whenever that time comes. Kaya sa mga nag aapply wag mag sawa. apply lng ng apply. For tips and anything else message me. minsan di ako online at ang aking socmed accounts are idle na busy sa work.

Hello po question lang. Baka sakaling may maka sagot. My partner is a healthcare professional and he is applying for 189 visa while I will be applying as his dependent. I am a medtech graduate but my work experience is being a Medrep for 7 years. Ask ko lang, what are the chances po of getting a medrep role for me pag nasa Aus na? Madali po ba or nahirapan kayo? We are planning to stay in Sydney since andun ang ibang family members namin.

Meron po ba ditong medrep sa pinas tapos naging medrep din sa AUS? If yes, please share your journey and experience naman po and maybe you can share some insights din po of how it feels like or how different/similar it is to work as a medrep in PH and AUS.

Medyo natatakot po kasi ako since wala po akong idea kung anong magiging job ko sa AUS kung sakali and this is my only work experience.

Some have luck having secured jobs while offshore. But swertehan lang dn. It would help if you have a date na when you’re arriving. You can tell them your arriving on this date. Some will entertain you for online interview but most likely para sa mga final rounds it will be face to face na.

Good day guys. Good luck sa lahat ng nmga naghahanap pa ng work at saka sa mga maghahanap pa lang. Tyaga lang at saka sabayan ng mnaraming prayers. Ang mahirap lang talaga sa simula ay yiong tinatawag nila na local experience. Pero kung swefrtihin kayo at recognised ng OZ yong field nyo befirehand, then mnaybe it would be easjier for you to settle for a job that is directly related to your field of work.
