just my 2cents lang din po, i created linkedin profiles, seek, indeed... tapos lahat din po nung mga different job websites specifically for the companies na ina-applyan ko, madami pong tumatawag, pero ang talagang nakatulong saken sa pagpasok sa current company ko was a headhunter ๐ here in AU, wag po tayo matakot sa mga headhunters, let them do the legwork when it comes to finding an employer for us ๐
all the best po!
God Bless!
Sir pano kaya malalaman if legit yung headhunter / recruiter sa Au? I mean maliban sa mga kilalang companies. Haha. Just to get an idea lang in the future.
for me, normally with headhunters, they will send you an email confirming yung mga napag-usapan nyo over the phone, or over chat sa linkedin confirming the detailed description of the jobs na ino-offer nila, then you guys can do research if legit yung company they are trying to recruit from, just by doing a quick search via linkedin or google with regards to their company logo, normally sakin, via linkedin nila me nakokontak, so from their, i try to review their creds by checking their linkedin profile and such, once pa lang naman me naka-encounter ng scam profile, mula dun sa mga nang-aagaw ng sholes natin na bansa galing yung nagchat, siguro akala nila big-time ako ๐ di ko pinansin hehehe... ang malufet dyan, pag sanay ka na sa mga headhunters, ikaw na magsabi ng rate mo sa kanila ๐
sites where you can check kung magkano dapat ang offer sayo will be:
glassdoor.com
then you can check on
https://au.talent.com/convert
if tama yung daily rate na expected mo ๐
all the best sa job hunting!
God Bless!
