Hi, nabasa ko po kasi for partners n "Your partner’s nominated skilled occupation must be on the same skilled occupations list as your nominated skilled occupation." Asa list ng 189 kc ang partner ko while 190 sa akin. Dapat b same kami n 189 since cya ang primary? salamat.

Separate applications po kayo? Bakit po 189 sa kanya and 190 sayo? If your partner (being the main applicant) applies for 189 Skilled independent and has you as his dependent or secondary applicant and CLAIMS points for it, then you should have a suitable skill assessment from the relevant assessing authority. That being said, it is also necessary that your skill falls on the same occupation list, that is MLTTSL or STSOL previously known as SOL and CSOL respectively.

@gat you should be on the same nominated skilled occupation, which means para maclaim nya yung points mo, your occupation should be listed in 189.

On the other hand, kung mag-aapply ka sa SS, maca-claim mo yung 5 points mo sa kanya since almost all occupations sa 189 eh kasama rin sa 190.

Lodgement of incomplete applications

Following the recent reforms announced by the Government, there was an increase in the lodgement of incomplete permanent skilled applications.

Agents are reminded that lodging incomplete applications can be detrimental to applicants as the Department is not compelled to request further information prior to making a decision on an application. Informing the Department post-lodgement that the application is incomplete will not necessarily result in a request for further information.

To ensure that an application can be processed as quickly as possible, all required supporting documents should be provided and attached to applications via ImmiAccount at the time of lodgement. Guidance regarding required supporting documentation is available via the subclass specific checklists on the Department's website.

Question lng po. I got my 189 invitation today. My problem is im turning 40 this coming october 12. Will it affect my points at mabawasan ako ng 10pts?
