@islaman - Nope.. just take the Full General skilled migration assessment with points test..

yung state sponsorship (for Visa 190) will only matter sa pag-apply ng EOI, after na yun maka-pasa ka sa assessment at IELTS..

tama.. at least mataas pa ang points mo for the Age criterion..

@lock_code2004 Meron bang consolidated list ng lahat ng occupations na relevant to ALL states? Or kailangan i check isa isa ang state kung relevant ang skills?

Like yung sakin, sa training, hindi ko kasi mahanap kung saang state or territory.

napaka-indemand po ng skill ng inyong husband, there are several options

a) ang pinakamadali po ay mag-hanap ng employer who can sponsor him...marami pong mining companies ang naghahanap ng katulad nya, at higit sa lahat malaking sweldo

wala kayong gagastusin, kasi nga employer sponsored.

b) you can also apply on your own, as skilled migrant, may process po na pagdada-anan..

kayo po ang gagastos lahat dito..(estimate cost w/o an agent is approx 200K pesos)..

if you can read some of the threads, mostly nandun po ang processes, but first, for skilled migrant, you need to pass atlest 60 points.. calculate nyo po ang estimate points nyo: see details here:

Paano po ba Sir makahanap ng employer na mag sponsor? Sya mismo ang maghahanap online? Actually po kasi last year may consulting agent from Oz na nirrecommend sya sa BHP biliton, my husband passed until the test all thru phone interview and emails coz he is still in Saudi at that time, he didnt made the cut, naisip namin baka mas nabigyan ng favor ung may mga visa na or applicants na nasa Oz na.. Hindi pa talaga time. Now we are considering other options, we have an ongoing student visa application and still waiting for it, kung wala pa din po, baka mag try na po kami na sya na ang primary applicant kaya po ako nanghhingi ng suggestions.

Napaka helpful po kasi ng forum na ito. Ang daming natutulungan talaga.

@HaideeN - haha.. kasi naman eh sobrang in-demand nyan, plus may 10yr work exp na po pala sya....

a) Employer Sponsorship

try nyo po mag check sa mga online jobsites.. seek.com, gawa din ng profile sa Linked.com.. meron din po sa mga jobsites sa pinas, workabroad, jobsdb, buhay pa ba ang jobstreet?.. try nyo rin po wala nmn mawawala..
also, you can search top mining companies, and then apply directly sa website nila..

b) Skilled Migrant

for sure makaka-60 pts po kayo dun sa EOI points..

to give you a general idea, eto po ang basic steps for skilled Migrant:

1) IELTS exam - may requirements po na 6 dapat ang score nya, pero 7 para makakuha ng 10pts..

2) Skills Assessment - you need to check specific requirements ng assessing authority. sa Engineers Australia

3) Submission of Expression of interest (EOI) and/or State Sponsorship (if required)

4) Visa application/Medical Exam

bakit gagastos pa po kayo ng tuition fee for student visa,

kung pwede nyo naman ituloy na ng PR visa application?

mas mahal pa ang tuition fee (approx 10kaud per year), compared to PR visa application 3060aud ..

opinion ko lang naman po.. the decision is yours.. 😉

Oo ngapo, kung alam lang namin na pwede pala mag apply ng wala agent sa PR visa application, un na lang ginawa namin. Kung alam nyo lang po nagastos namin..

I think your husband is in the position to look for the best possible offer in the market...Mining na nga engineer pa hehe. Skilled visa would be very convenient.

ENS gives you the job before even leaving the country but for all we know, it may not be the best package for you 🙂

We are all depending on God's grace Sir, kung saan Nya kami ilagay, we know that's the best place for us. As Proverbs 16:9 says " A person plans his course, but the Lord directs his steps.".

I know this is an old thread but from what I know there is CARER / GUARDIAN Visa type of course if you are sending your daughter to australia she needs to have someone with her , it may be helpfull to ask a immigration agent for this kind of case ...
