okay very important information:

please check all the job description of these occupations before finally selecting which one to nominate.. google mo lang ANZCO code it will give you the job desciption..
make sure that the ANSZCO code job desc and the job descriptions in your Cert of employment are align/related.. this will be the basis of the assessment.. kaya importante ito.
This is from SOL Sched 1: Organisational Psychologist 272313 - meaning you can apply for visa 189 (independent, without state sponsorship)
These are from CSOL Sched 2, meaning you require State Sponsorship (see step 3 i mentioned above togehter with EOI)

Human Resource Adviser 223111 - VETASSESS

Recruitment Consultant 223112 - VETASSESS

Workplace Relations Adviser 223113 - VETASSESS

Training and Development Professional 223311 - VETASSESS

State sponsorship, has a separate thread..pero summary

also, it is very important to select occupation that are still available for State Sponsorship, you need to check each state's website..
for example some of these will not be sponsored by NSW (sydney), but are very much in demand from SA(Adelaide)..

Same lng process.. May extra step lng ung SS.. Un nga un after ng EOI, isusubmit mo lng din ung Eoi reference numbr mo sa napili mong state, and some application questions..pag na approved kan ng state, automatic visa invitation na un, apply kna then medical.

@lock_code2004 Mukhang madali pag binasa hahaha pero Im sure mahaba pa ito. Anyway salamat, siguro mag pa-assess na nga ako at mag IELTS and start from there. Okay lang naman siguro kahit nag wowork parin ako while on the application diba? And may idea ka kung gaano katagal ang entire process? Based sa profile mo, it took you almost one year. Yun na ba yung pinaka mabilis?

Medyo ntgalan ako sa police clearance because I lived in 3 diff countries, plus waited ielts of partner..

So in your case, assessment 3-4mos, ielts, Eoi, SS 2-3mos, visa case officer allocation 1-2mos, pcc, medical assuming walang problem.. You can finish in 6-9mos....

Then sa option ng assessment you should select this:

Full Skills Assessment (GSM with Points Test Advice)

this will include assessment of your educational qualification (whether your educ is equivalent to an Australia bachelors degree or diploma level)
the points test advice this is needed for the EOI points (how many years of work exp is related to your nominated occupation)

@lock_code2004 Regional Sponsored ba kunin ko General Skilled Migration? Haha hindi ko alam kung alin pipiliin ko sa VETASSESS. Sabi mo mas okay pag kumuha ako ng Regional Sponsored diba? And yes, nilalakasan ko na talaga loob ko, para maka alis na dito habang 25 palang ako at pasok pa sa 30 points hahaha
