nope in my case, usually ang state yan hihingi kung needed pero pag approved na sponsorship mo most likely di na ka na hihingan

@fgs Ask ko lang.. Yung cousin ko nag apply ng visitor visa ng parents nya multiple yun na grant at nasa Melbourne ngayon pag 2nd time na nila yearly ang stay dun. Pwede pa ba sya mag sponsor like sa 489 for his siblings or kaya sa akin as his first cousin? Paano ba yung visa 489? Undertakings lang ba ang need nya fill up o titingnan pa ba yung capacity nya to sponsor? Salamat.

@Anci pwede ka nya sponsoran as skilled migrant under 489 Family sponsored visa...instead na state ang mag sponsor sayo pwede yong family member na nasa australia pero dapat nasa designated area sya( whole victoria kasama) at dapat ang skill mo nasa SOL..on this type of visa, limited lang iniinvite.parang 20 per month lang. Unlike a state sponsored, once approved yong sponsorship mo, automatic ka iinvite. Skilled migrant pa rin ito na visa at dadaan ka sa process like skills assessment, english test etc at dapat mameet mo minimum score of 60. Pag sponsored ka ng state or family member, may additional 10 points...take note that 489 visa is a provisional visa, di pa sya PR. You can apply for PR after 2 years provided you stayed in designated area and worked at least 1 year fulltime

Hi guys, still preparing my documents to be able to lodge the visa application. I still have a few questions:

1) Need pa ba i-notarize yung result ng skills assessment and english proficiency exams?

2) Regarding sa evidence ng skilled employment, need ko pa ba mag provide ng evidence para dun sa work experience ko na hindi na credit sa assessment result?

3) Need pa ba i-notarize yung scanned photo?

@FrenchMilk in my case, 1. no need to notarize skills assessment and english test 2. Since past 10 years ang employment experience na hinihingi, i just provided them all evidence, madali lang sa akin kasi 1 company lang, different positions lang and nakadetalye na rin sa skills assessment ko. 3. No need to notarize scanned photo(colored with name written below the pic)

hi everyone! have you tried using AU sim card dito sa pinas? pnadalhan kasi ko hoping na mkhnap ng work while we're here october kasi nmn plan umalis for AU..

I have virgin mobile and vodafone sim card kya lang no signal, any idea po? need pa po ba to iroam? or d tlga to mgwwork sa pinas? thanks in advance!

@fgs dun sa application form for 489 visa sub class, ilalagay ko rin dun yung work experience ko na hindi na credit sa skills assessment di ba? Kasi nakalagay dun kahit pala yung mga hindi related sa nominated occupation eh dapat i mention din

Pero dun sa question na "Duration of overseas employment" Ang ilalagay ko dito is yung na credit lang sa skills assessment di ba? Kasi dito naka base yung points claim ko for work experience.

@FrenchMilk yes, only the number of years na employed ka in your nominated occupation..pero don sa employment history, oast 10 years includiped kahit hindi related kasi may question man na related sa nominated occupation or not

pero paano kung related sa nominated occupation pero dineduct yun experience sa skills assessment, kasama pa rin ba sa count yung dineduct sa assessment?

@FrenchMilk isama mo pa rin pero ihiwalay mo lang at lagyan mo ng not relevant...try din ask sa iba kasi in my case walang deduction

Yung question ba na does applicant have any other current passport, it only applies if you have something like dual citizenship kaya possible na dalawa ang passport mo?

Hindi ba ito nag pertain sa expired passports?

@FrenchMilk this is a current passport which pertains to dual citizens...i think my other question pertaining an expired passport used to enter australia...kung may expired passport ka na hindi mo naman ginamit to enter australia before, NO lang sagot mo

Hi! ask ko lang po may limit ba ang pag sponsor ng kung citizen na yung sponsor sa AU? Like pwede ba sabay nya sponsor ang brother nya at first cousin nya? Then yung wife nya yung kapatid naman nya. Wala kase ako nabasa sa limit. At napansin ko undertakings lang po fill up nya.
