    @Envy cympre namn.. Kailangan talaga kasama sa monthly budget ang mom in law remittance as she really deserve that..

    No, kmi talaga ang ngpapadala sa mom in law ko.. Den at the same time ngbibigay din ky dad pra sa rent ng bahay nla.. All in all $1100 monthly ang sinishare namin sa dad and mom in law ko..

    15-02-13: Husband completed all requirements (police check, medical, english requirements and joint statement)
    15-02-13: CO issued pre-grant letter instructing hubby to apply tourist visa to enter Australia in order our 857 visa to be granted.
    27-02-13: Hubby applied Subclass 676 tourist visa.
    06-03-13: Hubby's tourist visa approved.
    16-03-13: Hubby arrived Australia.
    18-03-13: Our RSMS 857 visa granted.. (nothing to ask more)

    Sharing our expenses here in Perth WA:
    Rent: 315/wk (2 br unfurnished apmt)
    Internet: 60/month
    Phone: 108/month (me and my wife)
    Tuition: 200/month (Catholic public)
    Gas: 50/month (house to work 6km)
    Groceries: 140/wk
    Water: Free
    Electricity: 170/ 64 days
    Car insurance: 160/ month (17k car value)
    Health insurance: 120/month (frank health insurance 80%extras)
    Childcare: 70/day does not include food

    Upon settling we deposited 1 month advance on rent, 2 weeks advance rent.

    Bought our furnitures in fantastic, ikea. Cost of furnishing roughly around 4k + 1k for the mattresses (single and queen), since we're going to stay in here long term we bought everything brand new. Same with the appliances.

    Background: Software Developer (full time) ako and my wife is a nurse (permanent part-time) and we have an 8 year old kid.

    Question: who takes care of our son while at work? We brought in with us her grandmas (3 months)

    Family of 3 living in melbourne monthly

    Monthly house rental - 1200 (2 bedroom)
    Tranpo including petrol - 300
    Food - 500
    Electricity and gas - 200 (during winter)
    Water - free
    Private insurance extras - 100 for family of 3
    Internet and phone - 130
    Car insurance - 700 annual
    Car rego- around 700 din ata annual

    Not including shopping and kain sa labas.
    Budget still depends on our lifestyle. Spend wisely according to our income and needs esp kung nagiipon para makabili ng sariling bahay
