Skill Select June 2019 update and numbers into 2019/2020

Skill Select 189 invitation numbers

We have confirmed with DHA that the June 2019 skill select round will again have 100 invites for the 189 and 10 invite for the 489 (family) visa.

That the backlog of undecided 189 applicants was in excess of 15,000 as at April 2019

And that 189 processing times will not increase into 2019/20

DHA update

“.. As we have held a steady high rate of Skilled Independent (subclass 189) invitations in the first three quarters of the 2018-19 Migration Program year we now have a solid pipeline to take us through to the end of this program year and enter into the 2019-20 program year.
Furthermore, the 2019-20 Migration Program planned ceilings have been announced with the Skilled Independent category reduced to 18,652 places, which includes the subclass 189 New Zealand stream and the points tested stream.

We will now reduce our skilled independent invitation rounds for the remaining last quarter of 2018-19 program year to 100 invitations per month for the Independent Skilled stream and continue with 10 invitations per month for the Skilled-Regional Provisional (subclass 489) Family
Sponsored stream. This will keep us with a good pipeline of applications and the ability to keep inviting each month in 2019-20, and support applicants by not increasing processing times..”

@czianczia28 kailangan din po ba ang syllabus ng bawat course sa education? Di po ba sufficient ang transcript of records? Right now po kasi Form 80 pa lang hinahanda ko at mga B&W forms na need pa-CTC while waiting for ITA

@czianczia28 if wala ka talaga payslip at talagang di mo kaya maprovide after exhausting all possible sources e ok lang yun base sa experience ko. since nabanggit mo naman na may itr, sss, philhealth, at pagibig ka naman na ibibigay din. Ung sakin actually dinagdagan ko pa ng prang stat dec stating na di na ko nakapagtabi ng mga payslip sa isa kong company at naging ok naman
basta the more evidence the merrier hehe

@ali0522 kami ni misis sa nhsi, okay naman sa kanila basta siguro maaga lang ang punta...3 working days nagreflect na sa immi account. the reason why nhsi naman napili namin, may clinic kasi sila ng saturday, half-day. hindi na namin kailangan magleave.

@ali0522 Sa St Luke’s po kami wala naman naging problem. Efficient naman for us yung service kung san nalang po siguro ang mas convenient sa inyo (distance and schedule).

@donyx referral letter at passport lang po dala nyo sa nhsi? wala na po yung health declaration letter?

@ali0522 yes po yung referral letter and passport saka yung mga downloadable DOH forms na kailangan din i-fill up. kung may medical records kayo mas okay siguro kung madadala na rin ninyo, although kami naman wala kami dala that time. verbal lang kami tinanong regarding measles and other vaccines. tapos kung gumagamit kayo ng eye glasses or contact lenses, make sure na dala nyo rin.

@ali0522 yung downloadable forms po galing sa website ng nhsi. hindi na kami nagpaxerox. original passport yung kailangan nila then referral letter naman ay printable from immiaccount.

Hello po. Would like to ask for your guidance on the following (about lodging and attaching of documents po sa immiaccount):
1. For the usual residence sa lodging, which one should we put? Oman or Philippines? (I am working here in Oman with my wife for 10 years now and we are only having our vacation in the philippines once or twice a year)
2. Is it ok to attached my original Birth certificate or should it be from PSA? Yung copy ko po kc nakuha from psa is parang nagblot yung ink na ginamit to the point na di na mabasa yung details. On the other hand, yung original birth certificate ko po is malinaw.
3. Salary slip or bank statement. I worked from 2009 to 2019 from only a single company here in Oman. Ok lang po ba na six months bank salary statement lang ang provide ko po from the aforementioned company? which are the recent months before I got laid off. The above company told me that they will not be able to provide my pay slip from 2009. Likewise, the bank also told me the same thing in terms of bank statement since nagbago po kc yung acct. ko nung natransfer ako to another location (same company and country but different province) from 2014 and they cannot retrieve details from closed/cancelled account. The only thing that I have as a proof of my employment (with total years of employment) is my Employment Certificate, is that sufficient?
4. We obtain the Police clearance from Oman. However there is a note there that stated:to use abroad should be authenticated by oman ministry of foreign affairs. Should we really authenticate it?
5. I will be filling up the forms 80 and 1221. Is my wife required to fill up the same forms separately?
6. In immiaccount, does visa lodge (meaning after payment) mean it will start with the visa processing even without uploading/attaching the required documents yet? We are thinking of lodging and pay while we are preparing the required attachments.
Sensya na po at may kahabaan yung mga tanong. Pinagisa ko na lang po sila para di na po ako magtanong on individual subjects separately. Thanks po.

@auyeah ongoing po ako apply for visa kaso docs na hingi ay declaration form, cv, assessment, tsaka transcript. Dun ba sa other attachments ilalagay ung ibang reqts na nkaindicate sa post nyo? Tsaka ask ko na rin po, d2 po kmi sg based ni wifey kso umuwi for almost 2months now. Need po ba nya nbi clearance d2 sg o sa pinas?

@skyhachi Congratulations ang bilis ng ITA nyo, mukhang mataas ang demand ang occupation nyo sa VIC. Regarding po sa attachments, meron dropdown and makikita po doon yung different file/evidence categories na pwede iattach. If wala po doon yung exact category, Other nalang ang ginagamit namin tapus doon nalang sa pinaka appropriate or closest na section namin sya nilalagay About sa clearance, sorry di ako familiar Manila based kasi kami, maybe you can post your question sa group na ito na coming from SG din:
