Go for NTRUST, I don't have any background with AIMS SG. Approached AIMS SG long time back but they seem to just evade me. But take note, both are quite expensive. what field are you in?

AIMS SG has been having negative feedback the past years, meron din po ako friend na nagstop half way sa kanila, kasi they failed to provide proper guidance na nagresult to more expenses. As for NTRUST, its the most main stream agency in SG, kasi marami silang credible MARA agents, but yun nga lang you can get the same service with less money if you try to research for more agencies. As of the moment, my agent is from Austral Migration, they're originally based in Malaysia but have expanded here in Singapore, you can check their MARA agents too (William Lee and John Chong), they offer free initial assessment, you just have to send your CV through their website, then they'll contact you.

So far they've been doing their job well pagdating sa pag-guide samin sa process ng pag apply, providing many resources/samples/review materials, answer all of your questions promptly and such. As for payment, of course it's a little pricey, but cheaper than other agencies here in SG, pero lahat naman talaga mahal pag kumuha ka ng agent, kahit sa Pilipinas, but Austral was kind enough to provide us with a flexible payment scheme. Hindi ka nila tatagain, you can give them your own timeline to manage your payments.

Aside from our agent mismo, may direct contact din kami sa Austral na pinay, her name is Therese. So if you have any queries na tingin mo di ka comfortable i-ask sa agent mo, you can ask her muna. Masmadali pa rin kasi kung kapwa mo pinoy yung kausap mo pag may kailangan linawin.

We (5 couples) used AIMS last 2015 and they're OK that time kasi may mga pinoy pang employees... managed to get our PR visa. ;)

sa NTRUST , just call them and look for Marvin, hindi cya agent but he is a pinoy staff there who can assist you.

You may want to try scouting rin sa iba like @yosh10 good exp nya, baka bago na management sa AIMS. Another option is outside SG na migration agent.

As long as nasa MARA registered high change safe ka.

Marami cheaper alternative sa labas ng SG like visaconsort which gives you the same or higher level of service. If you decide to consider them, I suggest give visaconsort a try, message @RheaMARN1171933.

To be honest, whether face-to-face or remote ang agent , it's the same. lalo na tayong mga taga SG, hindi naman tayo dadayo araw araw sa agent para kumuha ng update. via email or call lang rin naman if they have status update.

Even for document gathering, you will just waste your money going there sa office nila, tapos sasabihin you need to revise. and as usual SG life = BUSY life :D

Dislaimer lang, wla akong referal fee sa kahit kanino ha. just my view hehe.

Pero if ever, you may might want to mention to them that you found them here sa www.pinoyau.info hehe

Good luck and all the best!

@crisjerome You're welcome Sir! It helps to do a lot of research to get your money's worth. Anyway pare-parehas lang naman goal natin which is to get that PR visa haha!

I didn't, in any way, mean to impede or promote anyone, just citing my experience, bec I asked a lot of agents rin before. I consulted ntrust, but required an initial assessment fee of around $300 i think? So medj na sad ako dun. Same with the other agencies.

But I think @Admin has a point too, if they're endorsing visa consort and ntrust, these agencies most probably are credible with their work. Check them out too

    All the best!

Share ko lang din since SG-based ako..we reached out to NTRUST not knowing na eto yung agency na kinuha ng friend namin na nakapag migrate na sa AU. We did the free assessment then we received an email reply from Philip Sim.

    • Standard initial consulatation fee: SGD250 for a weekday morning/afternoon
    • SGD300 for a weekday evening/weekend slot
    • SGD100 non-refundable deposit to confirm appointment

Then meron silang monthly seminar, may bayad din. Single attendee SGD30, couple attendee SGD50.

Sa case ng friend namin, from the start they hired NTRUST and after 6 months daw na grant na sila ng visa. But this was 3 or 4 years ago. Sabi naman ng friend ko ok naman daw service nila. No idea lang sa professional/consultation fee nila kung magkano these days kasi nakapag decide kami ng wife ko na i-try na muna mag DIY.

@crisjerome Hi! So far very satisfied naman ako, waiting for results from EA, then after magllodge na rin ng EOI. The good thing about them is yung terms of payment nila talaga. Like ngayon I gave them a heads up na yung next payment ko ay sa Jan.2020 ko pa mabibigay para buo, then they said its ok. But of course, yung next major steps, sa Jan 2020 na rin nila gagawin, which is ok lang naman for me. In the mean time, they told me to prepare yung ilan pang mga documents na kakailanganin ko, they brief/remind me about the changes that are going to happen, they also answer any questions I have. Mga ganun.

Hi @crisjerome as of the moment since under processing pa PSA marriage cert, pwede naman po yung ROM muna ang ipasa niyo po. Eventually if need talaga yung PSA, irerequest naman po yun ng DHA.

Just want to ask if an agent can help us if we have lodged our EOI na and just need some advise on how we can speed up our PR visa.

My husband is the main applicant with details below:

    Points: 65 points
    Age:30
    English: 10
    Education: 10
    Work Experience: 15
    ANZSCO: 233311 (Electrical Engineer)
EOI Effective Date: May 30, 2019

We are working on increasing our points. I am waiting for a positive assessment from Engineers Australia under ANSCO Code 233311 as well. I submitted my application last 17 October 2019, which will give us 5 points currently and 10 points on 16 Nov 2019. My husband is currently working to get superior results in PTE, he is planning to retake on 9 Nov 2019.

If all goes well, we will have 85 points by Nov 30, 2019.

May maitutulong pa ba ang agent samin if ever?

Hi @Linetdane ! I think you have your plan laid out naman na. Kasi yung agents, they will just advice you the same thing, na mag retake ng PTE and makapasa kayo both sa skills assessment. If you have enough resources naman, like review materials for PTE and sample CDR reports, then I think you're ok even without an agent. You can refer to here din for updates or news regarding sa changes if you like, lagi naman updated dito sa forum. Need lang mag backread talaga hahaha! :relaxed:

@Linetdane at eoi stage, waiting time is beyond anyone, including agents. When a new client engages us at this stage, the most we can do is to check all the evidences they have and make sure they all comply to immigration requirements, ensuring that you submit a decision ready application.

@Linetdane at eoi stage, waiting time is beyond anyone, including agents. When a new client engages us at this stage, the most we can do is to check all the evidences they have and make sure they all comply to immigration requirements, ensuring that you submit a decision ready application.

    Thanks po sa advice. :)
