    Hi all,

Thanks to this forum I'm learning a loooooooooot. Thank you for all of those who make time to share their experiences nakaka overwhelm how helpful pinoys are. :) :) :)

I'm still torn between diy and getting an agent. It's not actually clear kasi to me kung ano mostly ang role ng agent and yung mga actual 'to do' ng agent.. since sa mga nababasa ko all the requirements will be gathered by me parin. Hmmmm ano po ang advantage kaya?

Hi, im also from Sg making our BM by end of march. From what i hear, very expensive ang agents dito sa sg. Yun isa friend ko nag inquire sa aims about 2 years ago and prof fee nila around 10k sgd and need na mag downpayment ng 90%. Agent fee lang yan and does not include yun ibang gastos like visa fee, medical, etc.
In our case, nag opt kami na kumuha n lng ng agent sa pinas, yun nirecommend ng friend namin na nasa Au na. Since all transactions and communications naman are done online and no real need for a face to face. So it doesnt matter kung sg based or Ph based Or au based yun agent.

hi there, lecia. taga-SG din ako hehe. so DIY ang pag-process mo at hindi ka nag-engage ng agent kahit sa visa lodging stage na? it looks like you frontloaded all the requirements (PCC, medicals) before lodging the visa, tama ba? i'm praying for an ITA from the NT, kakalodged ko ng MigrationNT application last Dec 9th, 2019. mga June cguro or mas maaga sana makareceive ng invite.

@miller115 yes DIY kami. Yes na frontload ko lahat ng docs after ko maglodge ng visa, i mean after payment. Meron ako to follow na mga docs like PCC middle east kasi dunating mga 2 weeks after pa..

Palagi mong icheck ang updates, mga trends and always do your research.. Goodluck!!

thanks so much sa reply. 491 ung sa akin at under state sponsorship, so isang factor din malamang ay ung demand ng occupation ko sa state/territory. sabi nila priority processing daw ang 491 pero may time naman ako mag-antay kasi hanggang June 2021 pa contract ko sa current employer ko. maraming salamat sa tips. oo, need ng research at basa basa talaga ako ng updates hehe. God bless.
