Medical and Police Clearance

good day to all..may tanong lang po ako..regarding medical and police clearances...sorry if it is not in the appropriate place in the forum kasi wala akong makitang thread pra sa medical..may questions is...reagrding in medical form 26Eh and form 160EH hindi ko kasi madownload kc and responce ng computer ay the file is damaged....any help? secondly assuming may form na ako should i pass the answered form to my medical clinic(which appointed by embassy) and they will pass the form together with the result of my medical exam? tama po ba?
about the police clearances,ganun din..di ko rin ma download kasi the file is damaged daw...and nabasa klang na kukuha lang ako ng police certificate-Philippine nbi,what does it mean..kukuha pa ako ng police clearances and nbi or NBi lang at kung makuha kuna result i will sent thru email to my co together with the form of police certificate(which can be downloaded to the embassy site..? tama po ba ang pag kaintindi ko...just reading but may kakabit kasi na police clearance kaya medyo confuse ako if police clearance ba or nbi?,,hope you can help me...salamat..

police clearance and nbi are the same, correct me if am wrong...
ask k lng pgkuha ng nbi may form kba n fill in galing diac? or you just go to nbi office.

Walang form sa diac. Basta kuha ka ng NBi Clearance at police clearance sa lugar mo. Sabihin mo for abroad. Cheers.

sir magkaiba po ang police and nbi clearance. Sa NBI ka po kuha ng NBI clearance sa mga satellite locations I think ngaun sa mga Robinson's malls na, kasi nun kumuha ako sa Park Square pa sa Makati. yun naman po police clearance, nun kumuha ako sa Makati police station ako kumuha lapit sa city hall.

@ bryan,,mag kaiba nga ang police clearances and nbi but wala nmang namention na kukuha ng police clearance for australian visa ang naklagay ay Police clearances-Philippines NBI,at may link na nakalagay para sa character requirments penal clearances certificate at pag nagclick mo,makikita mo yung kung saan ka kukuha ng mga penal clearances in every country at ang sa philippines ang nkalagay ay philippine nbi so..i think wala na ang police clearances..correct me if i am wrong..thnaks

Sirs sorry medyo off topic ako...magkano na po ang current fees para sa medical examination ngayon? Alam ko St. Luke's lang at isa pang establishment ang licensed para rito di po ba?

Medyo late reply, pero okay if ganun at least -1 document na aasikasuhin. If meron may idea and magconfirm din nito, would appreciate it. Re: NBI Clearance, meron po ba nakakuha recently pra mag share ng experience sa pagkuha NBI clearance. Ganun pa din po ba kahirap? Meron kasi nagsabi sakin na hindi mo makukuha same day kahit wala ka hit. After 2 months lang. Hindi ko lang sure if nananakot lang yun. Haha. Thanks.

kakuha ko lang NBI kahapon tuesday Nov 15. Wala na ngayon renewal. lahat ngayon kelangan sa main NBI punta. 10 working days bago ko makuha yhung sakin. I got there 530am. Natapos ko 10am na.

@Bryann sorry pwede din nga pala sa Robinsons Mall, dun kasi kumuha pinsan ko neto lang din.. at mas mabilis dun compare sa Main. Ang sure ko is wala na (as of this time) renewal ngayon. Kasi bago yung system nila ngayon. kaya ni rerecord na yung biometrics sa system nila. unlike before na sa papel ka lang nag ta - thumb mark. ngayon deretso na sa system. Tip lang din.. ok kumuha ng NBI clearance dun sa main kapag bday mo. kasi pauunahin ka sa pila. pa birthday nung mga tiga NBI. kelangan nga lang mga 630am nandun ka nadin.

kakakuha ko lang medical last saturday sa Nationwide Health Systems AUX Inc sa Makati nagastos ko 4100 lahat lahat. dapat talaga 3800 lang e kaso nakita na may hikaw ako.. kaya nag additional 300 para daw sa hepa B testing. hindi kasi included yun. Tingin ko pwede naman yun na dito kayo magpamedical.

@aldousnow thanks sa reply. ilang days bago yung result? nagpaappointment ka pa ba? family kasi kami magpamedical tapos dito sa sg puro december na yung schedule nila. salamat ulit..

@indaydiego 7 to 10days maximum yung result ipost na lang daw nila sa ehealth. wala appointment eh. kelangan lang punta kayo dun. mga kailangan dalhin..
- original passport
- 2 photocopies of passport (info page)
- 4 pcs. passport pictures (hindi kita ngipin at kita kelangan ang tenga)
- form 160 and 26 (Health forms)
- request letter from CO na kelangan nyo magpamedical.

Nakwento din ng isang officemate ko na na-approve na un application, un medical daw parang APE lang. Hehe.

I think so, na kasama ang dugo. Tapos eye checkup siguro, xray. Comment nga nun nagkwento sakin parang sobra mahal daw ng free na 4k+ para sa ganun simple procedures, pero requirement kasi eh kaya no choice.

Would you know kung may form ba specific for au migration na medical? Baka lang pwedeng ire-cycle ang result ng company-sponsored APE na lang kung ganon (kuripot) haha

Hindi ko po sure kasi hindi ko pa masyado binabasa yun sa health part kasi wala pa po ako dun, pero nabasa ko po na pagpunta mo dapat yata example sa Nationwide, may dadalhin ka form na meron naka-indicate na requested by DIAC yun pagpapa-medical mo. So I guess meron form na kailangan.

What to bring

You must take the following to your health examination:

a valid passport
Note: Where a valid passport cannot be provided, an agreed form of identity verification such as a national identify card and a certified copy of your passport photo page.
your prescription spectacles or contact lenses, if applicable
existing specialist and/or other relevant medical reports for known medical conditions
any previous chest x-rays

If you are completing your health examinations after you have lodged your visa application, you must also bring either:

a health examinations referral letter or Form 26EH and/or the Form 160EH (for online visa applications only, available when lodging your application)
a health examination list provided by your case officer with your paper health examination forms (Forms 26 and/or 160) unless you are going to be completing your health examinations electronically
any other documentation/health client identifier provided by your case officer with your paper health examination forms (see below) unless you are going to be completing your health examinations electronically

Important: You must be able to tell the panel doctor or radiologist and MHS which visa subclass you are applying for.

Yung blood exam sa medical, does that require you to fast or not to consume any alcohol a day before the exam?

@itchan pwede mo dalhin yung last result ng xray mo. (pero mukhang hindi din nila pinapansin yun). aside dun wala na iba pwede irecycle from your APE. kasi dalawang clinic lang inaacknowledge ng DIAC satin. yung Nationwide.. at St. Lukes extension lang. Pwede iconsider ni DIAC kung nagpamedical ka within 6months for the purpose of Australian visa din on any of the two clinic.

@LokiJr nope. hindi kelangan mag fasting. Mas prefer nga nila ang mag almusal yung patient. Yung pag inum naman ng alcohol. I think ok lang yun.. wag ka lang mag drugs. :P

@aldousnow, diba ikaw yung nagtanong regarding hypertension? FYI lang to all- gumagaling naman pala yan basta baguhin ang diet, iwas matatabang pagkain, fruis, vegetable, fish, etc. yun pork minsan lang. Kasi kakapa blood chem. ko lang within range na LDL-bad cholesterol ko at very high ang HDL-good cholesterol ko. Almost 3yrs. din me nag maintenance drug sa hypertension pero ngayon dahil sa change ng lifestyle o eating habit rin controlled na. I'll see my cardio doctor this saturday for some advice kasi hindi kopa na refer sa kanya result.

@heyits7me_mags yup. ako nagtanong nun. so far nag 120/80 naman ako nung nagpamedical. Tama ka.. right diet and exercise lang. Siguro dahil I lose 23lbs na din kaya naging ok na BP ko. Kung nung april ako nagpamedical baka bumagsak ako.. I was 163lbs back then. sobra overweight ako. tapos niresetahan ako ng doctor ng gamot for maintenance. But I never tried na inumin even once. Sabi ko kakayanin ko to with right diet and exercise.. and I did. hehehe. yun lang. Thanks.

@aldousnow, GOOD!!!...buti ka nga hindi ka nag take ng maintenance at nakaya mo...galeng!!
ako kasi nag maintenance ako pero okey na naman ngayon. Ingat na tayo sa pagkain hindi natin alam nilalagay dyan para magkalasa ng masarap, lalu na yung lagi sa resto, buti pa lutong bahay na lang, okey pa rin yung natural like fruits and vegetable and more water din. Tsaka yung natural diet mo nakaiwas kana sa ibpa side effects ng gamot. Ako yung ibang nireseta na hindi ko na kelangan like sabi meron daw ako hyper acidity, eh contradict yun sa hypertensive drugs ko kasi sodium content yung sa hyper acidity prescription ko, eh bawal sa hypertensive ang asin-sodium...hindi ko nga ni take. Wala naman akong hyper acidity...baka kasi nag imbento na lang yung endocrinologist kasi yung cardio naghahanap ng ibpa dahilang ng hypertension ko kaya pati goiter ko ni refer sa endocrinologist baka raw secondary na lang etong hypertension ko. Buti within range na lang ldl-bad cholesterol ko at taas naman ng hdl-good cholesterol ko. Salamat sa talaga sa good diet!!!

@aldousnow: question lng po, ung sa nbi clearance po ba dapat ung date nya is ung date after lang nirequest nung CO? or pede kahit ung date before sya nirquest nung CO since may validity ng 1 year, nagrequest kasi ung CO ng jan9 then ung NBI ko is valid til May 16? Salamat po in advance..
