Medyo mahal din yung fees kay Respall, I think mas mahal pa sa visa fee ng skilled independent yung singil nila, about 3000Aud yung singil nila dun. di ko lang alam kung sa case nyo @mokona14 if how much yung estimate nila sayo.

@Bryann Respall aksi yung dati kong kinuha na agent way 2009 pa. Parang naisip ko kung saan ako kukuha ng ganung kalaking halaga para sa agent fee at visa fee.kaya nga na delay na yung application ko for Oz. hehe. last 2010, i've met an agent who is active in answering immigration queries sa other forum na phil.com.au site. Ayun kinontact ko siya at nalaman ko yung fees nya for the visa application which is almost less than half what Respall is asking.
So i opted to get her services and ngayon tuloy tuloy na. Right now i would be lodging my visa this coming March with her help.

@k_mavs hahaha oo nga pinapa-stop ang pag gamit ng pinoy australia. cya daw ang may ari ng name na yun dahil sya raw ang nag register ng name (kung san man cya nagregister), but according to http://abr.business.gov.au staff (parang DTI)-- registering a business name doesn't give you the right to own this name, If you want to protect your business name from use by a competitor, you'll need to register it as a trade mark. You can then control the use of the name or any part of the name.

Newbie here. Just my two cents. We're currently using Respall as our immigration agent. We are a family of four. They first assessed our family's chances of being granted a visa. Their professional fees are a little steep, $3000 in total. We shopped around for other immigration agencies, but were leery because of all the scams out there. The other two agencies we went to were not as professional as Respall. At one point we were being interviewed by a secretary because his boss stepped out, and he was providing uncertain, uninformed and even flat-out wrong answers to our questions. We hot-footed it outta there, checked Respall's MARA registration, and signed with them the next day.
They gave us a list of documents for the ACS skills assessment (Systems Analyst). They also provided us with formats of detailed employment description letters that my husband's supervisors signed. This is in lieu of the detailed COE that his company understandably refuses to provide because it breaks confidentiality. I'm sure it was more than the ACS website asks for, but my husband received a favorable assessment in just 15 days. They're professional fee for the Skills Assessment alone is a staggering $1500, but it came with peace of mind and noticeably less stress for us if we had done it ourselves.
I suggest that if you already have a Favorable Skills Assessment (or plan to do it yourselves), you can skip this and just get their services for lodging your EOI thru DIAC, until you get your visa granted. Save yourselves the $1500. In our case, we were extremely busy with the kids and hubby's overseas assignment, so getting an immigration agent was our best bet.
We are not in Pinas, but they keep in constant touch with us and are generous with information. They go at the pace you want, again, in our case, we asked them to stop because of a death in the family and other overseas assignments. Today, they just lodged our online application for SS in SA. They tell us it's 8 weeks processing thru SA, and then another 3-5 months processing thru DIAC until a visa is granted.
Whew! Sorry for the long post, but I hope it at least helped someone. If you have any questions, just ask. I'm generous with information, as you can see. At marunong pala ako mag Tagalog, so feel free to ask.
God bless and good luck to everyone!

Hi @LadyVa, a week ago we talked to one of the agent of Respall for initial assessment and then for more detailed assessment we need to pay P1,000. Anyways, sabi nya mga around AU$ 3,000 nga ang prof fee nila, but you mentioned na you pay AU$1500 iba pa ba yun sa prof fee nila? My husband is preparing for IELTS and then if the result is good, we are ready for the Skills assessment.
Reply to @jhiela23: Yes, I think we did pay around P500-P1000 for their detailed assessment, you get a lot of info then without committing to a contract. Ask as much as you can!
The $3000 professional fee is split into three payments, the first $750 we paid when we signed the contract. This covers their professional fee in guiding you through the skills assessment process. They lodge the application for you, and handle any queries. This does not cover whatever fee the assessing authority will charge you. A percentage of the initial $750 is refundable if you do not get a favorable response to the skills assessment. However, if you get a favorable response, you are required to pay the next $750.
You can then choose to continue with the lodging of the EOI thru DIAC. You will need to pay them another $1500 for their PF before they can lodge. So total professional fee nila is $3000.
Naka 2 takes na sya dito sa Germany, di sya nakaka review tapos lagi sya busy at out of town. Respall asked us if we wanted to go by the state sponsorship route, SA ang available. So we did the research and we gave them the go signal.
Hope this helps!

Reply to @LadyVA: Hello po... Kamusta kabayan? Sa Case nyo po ba with Respall pinapa-courier nyo pa sa kanila yung documents nyo [like Orig certificates & other docs.] or most po scanned copy lang?
Reply to @Nico_AU_Dream: Kabayan, I wouldn't recommend NASC - Canada talaga ang forte nila. And I believe they're not registered Migration Agents (MARA).

God bless and good luck to everyone!

Yes, I think we did pay around P500-P1000 for their detailed assessment, you get a lot of info then without committing to a contract.

Hello po... Kamusta kabayan? Sa Case nyo po ba with Respall pinapa-courier nyo pa sa kanila yung documents nyo [like Orig certificates & other docs.] or most po scanned copy lang?
