Can my previous supervisor / manager create and sign the employment reference with detailed job description using the company letterhead, or it should be signed by HR? Ayoko sana mag Statutory Declaration.
It's my manager who knew what my responsibilities were and HR won't issue a detailed COE due to company policy.
Based on the ACS guidelines, it did not mention "HR". The sample letter on their guideline was signed by a "manager".
My manager can copy the letterhead and create the employment reference. He can also customize the job description para closer sa listed tasks sa ANZSCO ICT Business Analyst.
