@mhej Actually pwede niyo ng simulang gawin yung application. Gawa lang kayo ng immi account para kapag okay na application niyo, ilolodge niyo na lang siya. Marami kasing kailangang ifill up, hehe. It's like doing the Form 80. I agree with you, better do it as soon as you can sa dami ng changes na gusto nilang iimplement. It may cause delays again. The waiting time used to be 11-13mos but now it's up to 15mos na..

Kamusta sa lahat. I got the email about my citizenship test appointment today. My test is scheduled on 8 June. I lodged my application last 27 November 2017.

Hello, ask ko lng kelangan pa ba ng nbi clearance for citizenship application or police check na LNG Australia? And advisable ba na irenew na agad passport before application mag expire next year February or pwede I advise immi new passport?

@janine0511 I did not submit any clearance when i applied. You only need to provide a penal clearance certificate from every country in which you spent more than 90 days after PR approval. Kailan ka maglodge ng application? Kung next year pa naman mag expire ang passport, siguro no need to renew unless you have plans of going overseas.

Initial Entry was on September 19, 2014 then left for UAE again to prepare for the big move

Me: Moved to Sydney on July 25, 2015

Husband: Moved to Sydney September 8, 2015

dati I used the online calculator a few months back and result was we are eligible to apply this year. When I tried to use the calculator again today next year October na kami dapat mag apply. Okay lang naman madelay yung application, the thing is we are going home this December sa Pinasdi ba yun makakaapekto sa counting?

Do the math.. you should not be away for a total of 1 year(including your projected vaztion) on the 4 years prior to applying and on the year prior to applying, you should not be away for 90 days

@piglet24 your husband can only be away for a total of 7 days kung di sya umuwi since the big move

@fgs in my case I was not away for a year. 10 months lang. As for my husband lumabas kami ng bansa for 5 days lang last year. di pa rin umabot ng isang taon yung sa kanya. like mga 20 days ata bago mag one year. should i contact home affairs to ask?

@piglet24 nong nagcompute ka using the online calculator, nilagay mo ba yong dates kung kailan kayo uli magbabakasyon?

@fgs yes. nilagay ko yung upcoming trip namin. Its okay naman if ma offset ng isa pang taon yung application namin, probs ko lang is if it is okay na uuwi kami this December.
